Wren Kitchens

We were so looking forward to our new kitchen but sadly has been one disaster after another! Should of taken a week to install and we are now going into our fourth week! We have a long list of complaints-damaged items-deliveries not coming when they said they were-our freezer isnt working and told them days ago and nothing been done! This has been so upsetting for me and my husband! Terrible experience with wren! Taken so much time off work and still the kitchens not finished-costing us a fortune in food with no freezer still!!! The list is endless-we have never been treat so poorly-we arent ones to complain and we have been vety patient but enough is enough!!! No idea when this will ever be finished! Its been a disater all the way!!!

Please, if you need anything doing to your home, DO NOT USE WREN!!!!!!!! We are using them for our kitchen and they are a bunch of cowboys. The designer at the Hull store incorrectly measured the floor space of our open plan kitchen resulting in only enough tiles to do half the floor, this is somehow our error and we as the customer have had to fork out £1000 for more tiles because Wren were refusing to accept the error on their part. We are highly dissatisfied, and hoping there are no further issues during the installation. Service was great when they try and sell a kitchen, once ordered the service is non existent. Avoid this company like the plague.

This is the second kitchen we have bought from Wren due to moving house. One was the handleless modern style and the most recent a traditional shaker style.The delivery guys covered all of our floors when unloading, we had a couple of small issues but Wren sorted it. Can highly recommend Wren, from the sales person we dealt with to the after sales care.

I was actually warned against going with wren and getting replacement item. They sent wrong splash back on first delivery and arrange for a replacement and they have only gone and send the wrong size splash back again. I am now having to pay my kitchen fitter extra day for coming out and no actual thing to fixe. What a terrible terrible service.

Sales process was smooth (of course) and the designer was helpful and pleasant. The installer was an independent contractor paid by Wren, and they were fantastic throughout. However, Wren have consistently sent the wrong products or damaged products, have been unresponsive or rude (whoever manages the orders, not our designer) when contacting them to get the correct parts reordered and consistently late or no shows when delivering the reordered parts. Examples include battered cupboard fronts, a huge gouge out of an oak counter top that they would not accept wasn't a "knot" in the wood, despite photographs, panels cut to the wrong size, doors missing, tile orders being sent incomplete to the third party company and no ducting for the extractor fan. Given how expensive they are, would have hoped for much better.

I'd been planning my kitchen for a year, went in Parkgate rotherham store. We had an appointment with Charlotte, picked my white kitchen, copper accents inside my cooks pantry, antique gold handles, Enzo quartz beautiful, picked our delivery day, as we fitted ourselves, one damaged end panel came within a week, with ordering replacement on your app order x I would definitely recommend WREN X sink taps what I found bought, we already had cooker glass back splash, we made the cooker hood xxx
