It offers free kitchen and bathroom home measures and designs, 3D design, brick matching, and has a landscaping display. MKM partners with the Federation of Master Builders. Kitchen supply, bathroom products and general building materials form the backbone of what this Hull branch provides, and reviewers repeatedly single out the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. Customers describe receiving sound practical advice on everything from a replacement shower to a full kitchen project, and several note that the new fittings were of excellent quality yet cheaper than expected. Speed and reliability come up often: an order placed late in the week is said to have arrived the following morning as promised, and next-day delivery is described as dependable.

The showroom team earns particular praise, with Charlie and Jade named for listening closely to a customer's style and guiding them through design changes without frustration. The finished kitchens are reported to have matched or surpassed what was imagined, and the pricing is described as competitive for the quality delivered. When minor problems emerged after installation, the aftersales response is called faultless. Bathroom supplies, plumbing and heating materials and construction goods recur in accounts of the service received, alongside friendly help from named staff and the wider team.
