Bathroom and kitchen design advice emerges as the thread running through the feedback for this Hull branch, where customers consistently single out the design team for praise. Several reviewers describe consultations with Sarah McKane, Brigitta, Hannah and Dawn as professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, with product questions answered thoroughly and design ideas that shaped the finished rooms.

Sarah in particular recurs in accounts of bathroom and shower room projects, where she is credited with making the process straightforward and stress-free, offering guidance on products and pointing out where savings could be made while still backing the chosen items. Hannah draws repeated mentions for efficiency and a friendly, patient manner, and Brigitta is described as seeing a bathroom project through from the first conversation to completion.

The quality of finished bathrooms, tiles and flooring is a point that comes up often, with customers reporting that the outcome matched or exceeded what had been discussed. Reviewers also note the willingness of staff to spend time on design work and product selection before any order is placed, and the knowledgeable advice on materials and finishes. Tiles supplied for a kitchen makeover feature among the completed projects, with the replacement of a damaged delivery handled promptly.
