They are selling defective product and dont stand behind their product.

Bought a Tefal Versatile X-Force vacuum cleaner. Knowledgeable salesman, very keen to assist.

Bethany helped us pick the best frying pan for our omelets! And even gave us some cleaning tips! Great product and service.

Bought a Tefal Xforce Vacuum Cleaner, less than 3 months old and can honestly say it's the worst product and service ever! Battery started smoking and emitting and acrid smell and the vacuum cleaner went dead. It was away to be "repaired" for 3 weeks and came back, a new battery shoved in but still wasn't working. They refused to refund and wanted their "experts to assess" the item again, the ones who weren't able to repair it in the first place. It's not even 3 months old and it's been out of service for a month so far. Tefal customer service are appalling, don't waste your money on this rubbish, buy a Shark instead, better made and much superior customer service.#SharkVacuum

Very happy with everyone in this store. No forcing you to purchase things, no pressure. Mark served us and answered all our questions properly. Very knowledgeable and well spoken. Great guy and very presentable. The store was nice and tidy as well as clean.
