I wanted to get some of the Tri-Ply pans but they were all sold out online. The staff managed to reserve me one of the display models in order to get them as a set. Super friendly and helpful staff and amazing quality kitchenware, I cannot recommend them more highly!

Really like this place for my kitchen accessories ✨️ 😍 every time whenever i visit there I will got some thing for my kitchen. Friendly staff. Price wise may be a little bit too 😉 also, but products are good 👍

Popped into this store on 27th Dec afternoon. Was busy, yet staff remained attentive and polite.. We took a couple of pans off the display, a staff member, offered to look for a new/packaged item in the storeroom. Brilliant attention to detail and service. Thanks 👍👍👍👍

Beautiful store and brilliant staff! Everyone was very helpful without being pushy, and Glendria in particular was great, helped us with our purchases and held them for us while we continued shopping. Got some good bargains and A+ service.

Well stocked. The lady who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable. She had patience as we had two small children with us. She understood my needs and advised accordingly. Subsequently I have started my first collection. Very happy customers indeed. Plus she gave us take away information on the type if knives we brought plus she marked in the catalougue which knives I had brought so I don't duplicate any.

Lots of brilliant items at great prices. Staff are friendly and helpful although first time I went was on a quiet weekday and got served straight away, the second was a busy Sunday and although I wasn't the only customer in the shop I had to wait to be served..not because they were all busy but because they were stood in the shop looking out the door at something. Aside from that I would recommend as a place to shop.

I was delighted with the advice I received from the attendants at the shop. I was interested in buying a particular knife, but the lady suggested that I try different knives of different qualities using the vegetables provided by the outlet. I eventually bought a knife that I would never have considered, but is absolutely perfect for my needs. Thank you very much!
