Mastercraft kitchen are excellent they did a beautiful job Lee worked very hard in fitting the kitchen but to be completely honest the customer service after the work is completed needs organising. Had a flood in the kitchen through the qettle it’s saves on boiling a kitchen and a week later it’s still not working very disappointed

Excellent service from the first phone call to the final touches - Mastercraft did it all, building work, electrics, plumbing, plastering etc. So delighted to have found them on a Google Search (had become so disillusioned with the big name kitchen companies who kept pushing for a sale but could only offer part of what was needed). Our thanks to Steve for sitting with us in our old kitchen, understanding who we were and what would work, making suggestions and designing a kitchen that we were really happy with. We needed the tricky removal of a chimney breast (it hadn't looked such a big job before being uncovered) and the fitting of a new sliding pocket door. We are so grateful to have had the talented Lee install our kitchen. Nothing phased him, nothing was too much trouble and he had a solution for everything (and our kitchen would challenge the best). We also felt very comfortable having Lee in our home for a number of weeks. For the more specific tasks, the trades people sourced by Steve were excellent - the type you are always looking out for but can never find yourself! If additional work was needed (and it was), it was done within the agreed price - no extras. We are so happy with the quality of our finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Mastercraft to all (we are doing a good job of doing this ourselves already). Thank you to Steve, Lee, the other trades and Mastercraft for coming to our rescue in the nick of time, reminding us of what good service is and giving us a kitchen to enjoy for many years to come.

Having recently had a full kitchen istallation provided by Mastercraft kitchens, I can report that the whole team from design to installation and support have been efficient and helpful. We were kept informed throughout the design and installation process. All craftsmen were reliable, polite , able to solve problems and extremely skillful. Mastercraft provided a friendly first class service from start to finish. I selected Mastercraft because they were able to undertake the whole job from knocking out walls to installing kitchen. The representative, Steve, who also became the Project Manager paid us three visits to ascertain exactly what we wanted and gave us good detailed advise on every aspect. Having paid the deposit I was told they would start in November and they actually started on 10th. The fitter, Lee was absolutely tremendous. He undertook all the building work and kitchen fitting, and Steve arranged for a plasterer and tiler, and for the firm to supply and fit the Quartz Worktops. I also had a work surface and cupboards fitted in my office space. The work flowed without any delays. The kitchen space is a small 9 feet by 6 feet and the maisonette being small made work incredibly difficult, but Lee worked with us all the way to minimise the turmoil. We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen Mastercraft Kitchens creates for us. They took in a big project which included opening up a load bearing wall, fitting a beam and installing a new kitchen from scratch. Right from the initial meeting the designer got exactly what we were after, clean contemporary handleless units in Matt cashmere and oak, a big island with seating and premium appliances. Seeing it all in a 3D walkthrough sold us instantly. The fitters were a pleasure to have in the house and always on time. They protected everything properly and hoovered up. The end result is flawless- every door and drawer lines up perfectly. If you thinking of a new kitchen, especially a high end one, go with Mastercraft. Proper craftsmen who deliver what they promise. Please take a few minutes to read, you will benefit from my experience. We started by using a very well known kitchen company, they were exceptionally helpful in the show room, however that is when the cracks started to come to the surface. We were asked if we wanted them to fit it, response Yes ,but they do not ,you have to be the project manager, organize Electricians Plumbers all at extra cost!! and this was not what we signed up for. Even £60 to fit a temporary sink. We contacted Mastercraft Kitchens .Stephen arrived 2 days later, everything was managed,Gas, Water,and Elecs the service was fantastic as was the price and quality of the kitchen, No issue too small to sort. First class service from the beginning to the end. We were kept informed daily of the state of play.All done on time. Please contact me if you would like a personal recommendation. We would like to thank Steve and his team, especially Lee for creating our new kitchen. From the first day Steve came round he just seemed to know what we wanted. When we saw the computer aided drawings of the proposed finished kitchen we loved them, we didn’t think the actual finished kitchen would look as good however it actually looks exactly like the drawings. It was a big job as we had to have an old chimney removed first and plumbing re-routing in other parts of the house, but care was taken to minimise dust and damage to our property. Lee’s carpentry skills are excellent and his work ethic was a pleasure to see. There were the odd snags during the fitting but they were sorted out immediately and to our exact needs and wants. We now have the kitchen we have wanted since moving into the property and are the envy of family and friends. We have no trouble in recommending Mastercraft kitchens for your dream kitchen.
