What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Wren Kitchens, based in Aintree, draws consistent praise from customers for the way a project unfolds from the first design appointment to the finished room. Named members of staff feature prominently in feedback: Peter, Matthew, Lewis, Kevin and Sam Jackson are each credited with patience, honesty and a readiness to accommodate changes of mind, with Sam described as treating customers like family while keeping plans within their budget. The design stage itself is repeatedly highlighted, including a measure-up visit, follow-up appointments to finalise details and a virtual reality preview that lets customers see the planned layout before committing.

Reviewers describe the units as solid and well made, noting that doors arrive already attached, and delivery is frequently reported as punctual and complete. Fitting also comes up, with one customer praising the installer Mike for a friendly and capable job. Communication before and after the purchase is a point that comes up often, along with the breadth of choice available. Assembling the corner pieces is the fiddly element some customers flag, adding it becomes easier with practice. Value for money and helpful after-sales service round out the accounts.

Very happy with my new kitchen and the service we received from Wren at Aintree. Lewis was great, and made sure our experience of purchasing the right one, was exceptional. Great communication from start to finish and everything arrived perfectly.

Brilliant before you sign — non-existent after.” The sales experience at Wren Liverpool is polished and attentive, but the moment you sign on the dotted line, customer service and aftercare disappear entirely. Calls go unanswered, issues are dismissed, and the branch management shows zero accountability. Sadly, this isn’t an isolated experience — read the other reviews and you’ll see a consistent, damning pattern. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

After a great design appointment with Matthew, I tackled fitting the kitchen myself. Units are good and solid and great that they come with doors on too. My only bug bear was the self assembly corner pieces, which were quite complicated but got easier after the 1st one

Job should have started W/C 19.02.26.The delivery of the Kitchen items Arrived 22.02.26, but as no Installers had been the delivery people had to take part of the order back. The installers finally arrived, on 23.02.26, to take out the old kitchen units and they had to put the new items in the front garden, under tarpaulin, so the Electrician and the plumber could do the first part of their job.The plasterer came on Monday & Tuesday to do his work. Wednesday was the first day of the installation. the work was eventually completed during the fourth week. We would give five stars for the kitchen units and the same for the workmen if they had turned up each day (apart from Weekends). We would recommend Wrens to people with the proviso that they get Wrens to commit to a time scale of Day Starting and a Date for finishing. Four weeks is a long time to be without a kitchen when it should have been no more than two weeks according to other sauces.

Recently purchased a kitchen from Wren Aintree, from start to finish was excellent, booked a measure up to discuss our options, then booked a design and choice of kitchen at the showroom, huge choice and virtual image of your kitchen wearing the vr goggles makes you feel like your stood inside it . Then a follow up appointment once kitchen was ordered to finalise any details, delivery was great everything was there nothing missing, Wren Aintree and Wren delivery teams kept us informed all through the process plus the app is also great to view your order and kitchen journey. Big thanks and special mention to Matthew Raynor our kitchen designer who was always on hand via email or phone call to discuss anything regarding the plans and design.

If i could give more than a five star rating I would. Genuinely, I couldnt recommend Sam Jackson more, he truly made our Wren experience amazing from start to finish. The man has the patience of a saint (considering I changed my mind more than Katy Perry changes clothes) and just treated us like we were family. He was so honest, understanding and helped us find our dream kitchen that fit in the confines of our budget. He always made himself available to answer any queries I had (and believe me I had alot)! So, if you are Sam’s manager and you are reading this - give that man a full week paid vacation cause he deserves it, we are so so grateful for all the expertise and guidance he gave us.
