Shannon is amazing! I had bought the wrong pan for my eggs and she guided me with full knowledge to thr best pan for the job. Now my eggs slide off - without oil! Well done!
Amazing experience, really helpful staff, helped me to select and try out different knives explaining the differences between them. Helped me get a great deal and gave me some tips on care, etc. Will definitely be back at some point for a bread knife!
Visited here over the August bank Holiday and was very impressed with the quality of everything I see, the staff were very helpful but as I had only just arrived in Portsmouth I wanted to have a look around before deciding to buy. It was quite good the members of staff had a bet if I would come back as I wanted a lot of stuff not sure who won but the knives I went back for are absolutely fantastic had taken months to decide on a set of knives but seeing the Miyabi knives it made my mind up very easy, got to chose my handles which now treated have come up even better
BRILLIANT SHOP ... I just went in for a look around and came out with the most amazing pot. They sell high quality kitchen items, I brought a Cast Iron Pot, I love it. The staff were great, they even gave the a great bag to carry it home in. Perfect.
Really great experience quality and really good prices
We have been here a few times, definitely the best Zwilling outlet shop compared to the rest of the Zwilling outlets in UK. Staff are all very helpful and willing to spend time to explain us about their products.
Incredible staff, great knowledge, friendly and very patient. Didnt try and force things into your basket but made sure I got everything I needed. Shannon servered me and she was truly fantastic.
