I don't usually write reviews, but this place was so good that they definitely deserve one. I'd visited a few kitchen companies beforehand and, to be honest, they all felt very similar. By the time I came to Wren, I was dreading having the same experience again. Thankfully, they were a breath of fresh air. They took the time to talk me through the different design options, listened carefully to what I wanted, and designed a kitchen from scratch based on both their expertise and what would work best in the available space. They recommended things I hadn't even considered but never tried to oversell me on items I didn't need. A special mention has to go to Steven Davis, who was absolutely excellent throughout the process. His advice, knowledge, and attention to detail made a real difference. The virtual reality feature could easily be seen as a gimmick, but it actually works incredibly well. It gives you a realistic idea of how the finished kitchen will look and demonstrates that Wren is willing to invest in providing a great customer experience. Everything arrived on time, and my fitter couldn't find a single issue. Nothing was missing, nothing was damaged, and everything fitted perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the finished result and would happily recommend Wren Portsmouth to anyone considering a new kitchen.
AVOID AVOID AVOID : nearly half of the kitchen has been delivered with damage. Which they’re happy to replace, but are not happy to cover costs of repaying kitchen fitter to come back and refit new units. Customer service is basically non existent, no one wants to help you. It’ll take you 2-3 hours to get through to someone on customer service. Caused nothing but stress. Delivery staff don’t even have correct access equipment to transport goods into property. They’ll damage and scratch walls when they do deliver as an added extra. Loss of earnings to customers are not accounted for due to taking another day of work to deal with delivery of previously damaged parts. Awful experience. Feel like just giving the whole kitchen back and getting a refund as the whole process is shambolic. Wouldn’t use wren again. To anyone reading this maybe try Magnet, howdens or b and q as maybe the service you’ll recieve will be better. Disgusted, frustrated, stressed and even more out of pocket due to Wrens negligence.
Amazing experience! This was my first ever time in a Wren kitchens store on Sunday afternoon and I must say the service I received was amazing. I went in to browse with my partner which I made the staff aware of upon being greeted at entry. The staff did not completely ignore me because I had no intention of buying anything on the day nor did they try to pester me into buying something. They simply just let us browse and were there for any questions which which we had. The kind gentlemen even offered us both a bottle of water. Small gestures like that go a long way. I don't often leave reviews, in fact this may actually be my first but I thought this store deserved one. Well done!
The designer Steve was brilliant as were all the staff in the showroom at Wren Portsmouth. Nothing was too much trouble, despite me changing my mind several times through the design process! Their knowledge and experience of what works and what doesn't was invaluable and the app is an absolute bonus as are the kitchen unit samples allowing you to see the colour in your own home. The room size and shape was non standard due to it being an old cottage and the option of a Wren surveyor to measure up was a must. Everything fitted perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Wren Portsmouth.
Great kitchen found them so helpful Tim garret was so helpful and everything turned up on time and all in excellent condition
I recently purchased a kitchen from Wren after months of researching different designs and providers. I couldn't be happier with my decision. The kitchen's design is simply stunning, and the ash grey colour is the perfect choice to give my kitchen a modern and stylish feel. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the kitchen. The drawers and cabinets are easy to open and close, and the soft-close mechanism prevents any accidental slamming. The rounded corners on the quartz worktops help avoid any bumps by my children. I was particularly impressed by the level of customization available. I was able to choose the perfect layout for our kitchen, which maximized the available space and made the most of the natural light. The items were delivered on time and the installation process was straightforward and completed quickly by my carpenter. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my Wren kitchen. It's transformed my home, and I've received countless compliments on the design. I would highly recommend Wren to anyone looking for a high-quality, stylish, and functional kitchen.
After shopping around all of the Kitchen big name brands I settled on Wrens Portsmouth. They definitely had the most extensive range and were very affordable especially as they offer 0% finance. Dave Steele was brilliant and came up with innovative solutions and maximised the space; I’d definitely recommend using him.
