Tom, Alex, Chris and the team, I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen and the service I received from start to finish. The whole team was reliable, friendly, and professional, and communication was excellent throughout. What really made the experience stand out was that I never had to worry about coordinating different trades—they managed everything seamlessly, which took away so much of the stress. They also carried out regular progress checks, so I always felt informed and confident that everything was going to plan. Just had a complete new bathroom done by Queen St. Bathrooms and the experience was excellent from start to finish. John did a brilliant job, especially the tiling, it was perfect (even though it must have felt like he was putting on a million tiles..) Chris also did a brilliant job of helping to plan the whole thing with us, he kept us informed all the way through and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company, top guys....thank you so much.

We used Queen Street for a kitchen refit and were so pleased with the result that we didn’t hesitate to go back to them for a bathroom refit. From start to finish the service and quality has been excellent. Chris helped us with ideas to redesign the bathroom layout and was very patient with our decision making process! John the plumber works to a very high standard, in fact all the trades people were top quality and were a pleasure to work with. We are over the moon with our new bathroom and would certainly recommend Queen Street for both kitchens and bathrooms.

Throughout march I had these guys in to knock down a wall , fit a new kitchen , plaster 2 ceilings , all new electrics downstairs , decorate all down stairs and up the stairs and landing , new flooring and skirting boards the whole shebang and from start to finish I can’t explain how amazing the team were especially Tom and Alex , the team were always on time for work everyday , very respectful of my home , tidied up after each day , Tom and Alex arranged EVERYTHING , from measuring the first day of meeting them , quick to get the quote out to me , to me choosing the colour of kitchen cabinets , worktops , paint colours for the walls , everything was an absolute breeze , no stress on my part at all it was brilliant , nothing was to much trouble with these guys , I’m very rarely impressed but wow I’m uber impressed with the work , the finish and the whole final look, my house looks insane , I cannot recommend these guys enough I will forever be singing their praises and recommending them to anyone and everyone who’s looking at having a kitchen ! They truly are the best in the business , thankyou guys I’m so glad I found you x

I had only seen reviews on line for queen street before deciding on them to replace our kitchen and I'm so glad I did. Absolutely top team of trades giving outstanding service from start to finish. From plan and cad drawings to completion you cannot get a better experience, kept updated throughout ,work completed to a very high standard and done as quickly as possible with as little disruption to daily life. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would not look elsewhere, we would use them again in a heartbeat, it's been a true pleasure meeting the team and having the work completed
