Wren Kitchens

I would not recommend buying a kitchen from Wren Kitchens. Our experience has been extremely disappointing. We paid extra to use Wren’s templating and worktop installation service because we expected the measurements and fitting to be carried out professionally and accurately. Unfortunately, that was not the case. During the templating survey, incorrect measurements were taken, resulting in the hob being installed around 3 cm off-centre. This is clearly visible and should have been obvious to the installers before the worktop was fitted. Instead of stopping and raising the issue, they simply continued with the installation, despite the mistake being evident. We are now having to spend a significant amount of time taking measurements, photographing the defects, gathering evidence and chasing Wren to resolve issues that should never have happened in the first place. The lack of quality control, attention to detail and customer care has been extremely disappointing. When you pay a premium for a fully managed templating and installation service, you expect the job to be right the first time. Sadly, that was not our experience. The quality of the cabinets has also been disappointing. After reading other customer reviews, I have noticed that many people report the paint starting to peel. Unfortunately, we are already beginning to see signs of the same issue, which raises serious concerns about the durability and long-term quality of Wren’s products. Based on the workmanship and after-sales support we have received so far, I cannot recommend Wren Kitchens and would encourage anyone considering buying from them to look at other suppliers before making such a significant investment.

Before you buy from Wren just take a look at their Trustpilot Reviews and Wren Kitchen Disasters pages on Facebook. They actively remove negative reviews from Trustpilot but the ones that remain will give you a flavour. We managed to have our order cancelled after the designer, assistant manager and manager all made promises that couldn’t be kept. Do your homework. We were left without a functioning kitchen for c. 8 months as a direct result of Wren Stoke.

We wanted a new bedroom and went to Wren where we were helped and guided through all options without ever feeling pressured, we then settled on our choice and again supported with planning, time scales and delivery details to suit us. The bedroom is now fully fitted and looks great, unit are great quality and fit well. Would definitely recommend Wren

Excellent service. We were so pleased with the wardrobes we had fitted in one of the bedrooms we have now had them fitted in our bedroom. Once again from the initial consultation to the fitting we were extremely happy. Pete our fitter was so professional and tidy throughout both. He really made an effort to engage with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Thank you 😊

Wren‘s kitchen in Stoke are great. They are supportive, informative and ensure that you are content at every stage before committing. Even then, there is no pressure and no rush from them. Great store, can’t wait to have our kitchen fitted in a few weeks.

My visit to Wren Kitchens was truly pleasant! 🤩 I appreciated the warm, polite greeting upon entering. A staff member kindly offered assistance, then let me browse freely. It made for a very comfortable shopping experience. 👍😊

We are really pleased with our kitchen from Wren. Andy Abbott did a great design for us and was sensitive to our requirements. The kitchen itself is good quality and looks beautiful. We used our own fitter so can’t comment on installation though the quartz team who came to do that were excellent. We had 1 or 2 issues with items being damaged but the customer care team were quick to sort those for us. Thank you Andy and the rest of the team at Stoke Wren!
