Howdens - Stoke-on-Trent

Went too howdens in cobridge stoke on trent for an appointment with them as they pestered us too go in during their trade fest. After looking at their mini showroom for half hour waiting too be seen we sat down with a supposedly expert designer for two hours who looked like he didn't want too be there. We would get our designs sent over within a few days we were told but after waiting a week we contacted them too chase them up. A few days later they arrived, after a weeks worth of effort we were shocked when what can only be described as primary school competition designs. In the meantime we went too wren and the service was completely different, attention too detail, great ideas and a feeling like they know what they were doing. We got our price from wren and we're 99% sure we were going too be using them for our new kitchen. A few days later we were contacted by howdens apologising for the terrible service and could they try and redeem themselves. We gave them the layout we wanted so they didn't have too do any design just copied wrens. They came out took some measurements, forgot their tape by the way 😳. Nearly a week later we get a carbon copy which we knew anyway but for £10,000 more than wren for the exact same spec kitchen! God knows how much it would have been if it wasn't for their amazing trade discount. Safe too say they didn't get our business and I'm surprised if they stay in business if they work like they do and charge people thousands extra for the privilege.

Matt knew his kitchens and was very helpful

Exceptional service and advice. Matthew was extremely helpful from the beginning with design and explaining everything to us. Would highly recommend Howdens. Delivery was when stated, and everything ordered was delivered. I'm really pleased with what was chosen and wouldn't change anything. Again, I highly recommend

Had my kitchen design done by Beth from the Cobridge branch. She came to our house, measured up, took into account everything we would need and how everything would best suit us,gave advice on design and colours etc. After a few days, went into store and she had created an image for us which was great to see as it gave us a good visual idea of how it would look. Just waiting for delivery but so far so good..reasonable price too in the sale

Trade sales only, but the kitchen cabinets, doors, and various fixtures I have from Howdens are fantasic quality and competitively priced. Quick delivery as well.

I recently purchased a kitchen from Howdens- I am extremely impressed by the quality but most importantly their customer service. Kitchen designer Matt assisted me from start to finish. My husband fitted the kitchen and there were a few occasions we had to contact Matt again and he would always take that extra step to ensure we were satisfied. I am also happy with the Lamona appliances! I paid half of the cost of what other designers had quoted which was an added bonus! I would not hesitate to recommend this place!

Lovely sales person he was helpful and unstood what I wanted and help us to get the kitchen I have always wanted
