NBK Norwich Bathrooms & Kitchens

Excellent service. Our home has been transformed. Lauren was very knowlegable and helped us select a design that exceeded our expectations. The installation team were experianced and very competent particulary John who not only worked to a high standard but included us in decisions and consulted us to ensure the finished product was what we wanted. Ryan was always available to provide expert advice and support to resolve issues encountered. I would recomend NBK unreservably

Really pleased with my new bathroom. Everything from the planning to the fitting went so smoothly. Lauren was brilliant from the design stage and John did a fantastic job with the installation. He was professional, helpful and kept everything very tidy throughout. Would definitely recommend NBK

The whole process from the planning stage through to the installation of my new bathroom was a smooth operation from start to finish. I was grateful to receive excellent customer service and communication from everyone I came into contact with at NBK. James listened carefully to my ideas, was most personable and I was very impressed with his sound professional knowledge and diligence throughout the planning and design process. Dan was a brilliant fitter: experienced, methodical and highly competent. I cannot fault the quality of his workmanship and attention to detail. He always consulted me if any decision needed to be made and he, along with Ryan, a most proficient Project Director, skilfully found solutions when required. I think it’s also a real positive that NBK train apprentices. Sam was a delightful young man showing willingness to learn. My project was expertly managed, coordinated and organised by all of the team at NBK and the end result is a bathroom I love. A huge thanks and I highly recommend.

We had a complete bathroom refurbishment in April 2026 and are very happy with the finished product. NBK are a first class company. From design to installation everything went smoothly. James is an excellent designer, very friendly and helpful. Richard, the fitter, was absolutely brilliant, professional and skilful. The planning team ensured everything went smoothly; special mention to Ryan and Millie here. Any queries we had were quickly answered. After the installation they checked to make sure we were happy with everything. We would certainly use NBK again and would readily recommend them.

While not the cheapest this company offered the complete package. The initial stages of design and quote went smoothly. Damien arrived to start work and he was honestly the best person we could have hoped for to do our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble for him, his attention to detail was second to none and the way that he made sure everything was done to our exact requirements was appreciated.

Very happy with the whole process. The NBK team couldn't have been more helpful, and the tiling work on the arch is so beautifully done. I know it was a challenge! Will be using them again for future work

It took 2/3 weeks to install a NBK bathroom. John’s work is 5 stars. So professional very good communicator in explaining what is being built and how to use it. He has lots of good ideas and works very hard. John is a complete bathroom installer. He is a top builder and planner. He the best tiler, has top precision measuring, construction and attention to detail (inside and outside the home) skills. John should be awarded a PhD in maths too. Can recommend. Thank you so much for installing the bathroom. Lawrence and Bernadette (Brundall 27.2.26.)
