Excellent quality and service from Schmidt Kitchens Norwich We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Schmidt Kitchens in Norwich. The quality of the kitchen is exceptionally high, and we were really impressed with the range of bespoke options available, allowing us to get exactly what we wanted while still working within our budget. Ian in the showroom was fantastic from start to finish. He talked us through every step of the process, listened to what we wanted and was always on hand to answer any questions. Communication throughout was excellent, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Our fitter, Reeve, was also brilliant. The standard of his workmanship was extremely high, he took great pride in his work and nothing was ever too much trouble. Overall, we would highly recommend Schmidt Kitchens Norwich to anyone looking for a high-quality, bespoke kitchen with excellent customer service and first-class fitting. A great experience from beginning to end

Initially drawn to Schmidt Kitchens Norwich by the excellent reviews — now we completely understand why. Within 15 minutes of stepping into the showroom we realised we’d found something different to anything else we’d seen. There was no sales patter at any point – the quality of units spoke for themselves. Planning - Ian, our designer, was exceptional throughout. Everything was clearly explained. Time was taken to understand what we wanted and suggestions made that we’d not even considered were to make all the difference to the finished result. Communication - supported by Chloe, was first class throughout the entire process. Delivery - Spot on. A date was agreed, kept to, and Ian was on site personally to ensure everything arrived as it should. Fitting - Although Schmidt offer their own fitting service, we’d already decided to use our own fitter. Ian still insisted they visited the showroom to explain a few details, also providing detailed fitting plans. Our fitter was to comment on the quality, saying it surpassed anything he’d previously installed. Completion - Ian returned to ensure everything met his high standards, even pointing out a couple of things, easily remedied. £££ - Whatever your budget, we cannot recommend Schmidt Norwich highly enough. But the best thing of all? - The wife is "absolutely thrilled"… Praise the Lord!

We recently purchased a property which had a Schmidt Kitchen installed. There was one wall that had a narrow depth set of cabinets under a window. It was a little funky as it didn't line up with anything nor did they meet our storage needs. We approached Andy who immediately found the original kitchen plans. The original black finish was no longer available but we came up with a scheme to expand cabinet space but compliment the style. We are extremely happy with the whole process and quality of finish. Andy and his team are amazing to work with. They are quick to respond to questions and are are extremely knowledgeable in their field of experience. We would not hesitate in recommending them and Schmidt Norwich.

We required a kitchen for our barn renovation project and Andy at SCHMIDT Norwich did a fantastic job. Not only as an advisor on the kitchen design but also a real asset during the construction of the kitchen itself. The building is an "upside down" design so the kitchen is part of the open plan area in the roof space. This created many interesting angles along with the design having to work in the context of the open plan area. Andy maintains high standards of customer communication throughout the process, alongside working effectively with our architect and the builders. All of the components and appliances are of an excellent quality throughout.

If Carlsberg did kitchens… From the very first appointment, the whole process with Schmidt felt calm, professional and genuinely customer-focused. A huge thank you to Ian, the designer, who made what could have been a stressful feel straightforward and manageable throughout. Ian really listened to what I wanted and took the time to reassure me about changing a lot of the original cupboard design into drawers. I was initially unsure whether it would work, but he was absolutely right, the finished kitchen now feels noticeably bigger, lighter and far more practical to use day to day. Having visited several other kitchen companies beforehand, the quality, design and overall finish from Schmidt genuinely stood out and completely surpassed the others. A big thank you as well to my kitchen fitter, Lee, who was highly skilled, professional and clearly took pride in his work. Nothing felt too much trouble, and he was able to successfully problem-solve an unexpected issue with my existing water softener without drama. The whole experience, from design through to fitting, has been excellent, and the finished kitchen looks fantastic. I can not recommend Schmidt and Lee highly enough 😊

We had a really positive experience with Schmidt Kitchens. From start to finish, we felt well looked after, especially by Ian, who took the time to walk us through all the different options and helped us design the kitchen together. His patience, attention to detail, and guidance made the whole process feel straightforward and collaborative rather than overwhelming. We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen — it looks fantastic and works perfectly for our space. A special mention also goes to Darren, the kitchen fitter, who did an amazing job with the installation. He was friendly, professional, and clearly takes great pride in his work. The finish is excellent, and everything was fitted with real care and precision. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with both the service and the end result. Highly recommended.

We are really happy with our Schmidt kitchen, it looks fantastic, so bright and airy and contemporary. We completely trust the quality of Schmidt Kitchens as our previous Schmidt kitchen lasted 25 years with nothing going wrong with it, we just wanted an update. Ian Whittaker helped make the whole process seamless from beginning to end, his design gave us the best use of our space and indeed although he told us we would gain storage space we were doubtful, but he was completely correct, with the clever Schmidt designs we have ample storage. Ian was excellent at keeping in touch and giving advice where needed, nothing was too much trouble, we had complete faith in him. We also have to thank Wade Developers and their lovely team of fitters, they were all brilliant, cheerful, friendly, professional and tidy. The whole team worked so well together , again nothing was too much trouble, going above and beyond, bringing every aspect of the kitchen to an end result of a beautiful new kitchen that will I am sure last another 25 years.
