I had a wonderful experience with Rhiannon at the Norwich showroom. She was fantastic, listened to what I wanted, implemented her own ideas and brought my kitchen to life. It looked amazing and I was excited to see it all put together. I was told the lead time was end of Feb and next, I get a call to say fitting can start 12th Jan! I was very happy with this. My kitchen was then delivered on 9th Jan to my garage which... really is the only negative. The delivery drivers werent very careful when handling and storing the items. The fitter found 2 damaged items but sorted them out himself. Onto the fitters themselves, we had Darren from Norwich Kitchen Installations and Ciaran from Norfolk Current come and fit the kitchen. Both were so professional, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made sure to get everything right. A huge thank you to everyone who helped bring my kitchen back to life. I'm very happy with the results!
So initially, we had to fight to get the job completed as agreed with our kitchen designer. Once done, we were initially happy with the outcome of our newly built kitchen. Move forward approx. 9 -12 months and we discovered that we had a massive damp patch on the wall coming from behind the washing machine also causing a side panel to bow and split. The fault was discovered to be caused by two adjoining pipes which has been fitted by the fitter supplied by Wren...not to mention some extremely Dodgy wiring. Cue numerous emails to the warranty team and visits to the Sprowston showroom (15 emails in total). The warranty team told us to get a plumber in and assess and repair the issue. We did that and then they threw in more demands resulting in them eventually denying liability telling us to contact our fitter. I informed the warranty team time and again that they provided the fitter and were therefore liable...again, the same broken record of denial to liability. Moral of the story is that the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on and I wouldn't touch Wren kitchens with a barge pole. And for the record, I have just had to replace the taps on my kitchen sink which had also become faulty. I haven't even bothered wasting my time contacting the warranty team this time as the hassle and stress this company caused me and my wife the first time around simply wasn't worth it. Not a company I will ever recommend to anyone.. go elsewhere!!! Update... have found another leak under the kitchen unit and further really shoddy workmanship and dangerous electric fittings all completed by the fitter supplied by Wren. Further photos added as proof of the poor workmanship. Our kitchen has been ruined as a result.
The showroom had an extensive display of the kitchens that were available. The sales executive listened to what we wanted and he then drew up a plan to show us. We had lots of choices. The units and the kitchen equipment are very good quality and were a competitive price. We were given lots of information about the purchase. We were able to agree a delivery date. The delivery took place without any problems. We are very happy with the kitchen that has been installed. We definitely recommend Wren for a kitchen
absolutely delighted with our new kitchen, from the first home visit to the goodbye after the worktops were fitted it has been a first class service from the Wren team. Kept informed of progress, so many helpful correspondences via email etc. Can't fault you at all
We had a great experience with Wren from start to finish. Our designer was great and very patient with our questions and various designs to try. Any issues we did have with wren were sorted efficiently to ensure nothing was held up or delayed the fitting! We love the finished kitchen and we would highly recommend Wren!
Initially the design process was simple and the team at Wren were good. HOWEVER… when it came to installation parts arrived damaged and one part arrived that was too small. In addition to this the fitter turned up a few days earlier than expected without warning and then proceeded to build the wardrobe wrong which meant that he had to come and complete it on a second day. He then damaged the wardrobe further by cutting a hole where a hole wasn’t supposed to be. This all started being built at the beginning of January. We are now the end of February and whilst I have received the replacement parts no fitter has been arranged to complete the work. I have had massive wardrobe parts taking up one room for the past month with no sign of my wardrobe ever being completed. I have phoned Wren and made so many complaints to no avail. Any fitter they find just ends up not showing or cancelling. I’m now seeking getting compensation. Avoid at all costs I urge you!
Our experience with Wren in Norwich has been absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked into their store, we knew we were in good hands. The team there provided us with great customer service, helping us choose two perfect kitchens for our Holiday home 'Scotgate Cottage', we were renovating. We are so grateful for their assistance and expertise. We are sure that all of our guests who stay in the cottage will love the new kitchens just as much as we do. Thank you, Wren, for making this process so enjoyable!
