Le Creuset - Portsmouth

Can I just say the staff of this store are fantastic. They give really great customer service even when the weather has been as difficult as it has. Their air conditioning was definitely not up to the task! Caleb was especially helpful in finding what we were after

Excellent experience at the Portsmouth Gunwharf branch of Le Creuset. Liya and Cristine were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. We found almost everything we were looking for, and the whole experience felt easy and enjoyable thanks to their support. Very pleased with the service - highly recommend!

The customer service and sales skills from the lady were brilliant. She wasn’t at all pushy and she was so lovely. Unfortunately didn’t buy anything today but I will be going back.

Great store. Friendly and helpful staff. Maisie helped us massively with information on the different products. She’s excellent. The store has a good selection of Le Creuset pots, pans, mugs and much more although not all items are held in stock. I highly recommend visiting them. It was a good experience, as usual. I have visited here several times over the past 10 years. Great service, and, of course, excellent products of high quality.

We popped in this afternoon after I spotted a Le Creuset dog bowl outside the store and crouched to take a photograph as I work for a pet food company myself. Christine, the staff member, saw me and smiled and invited us in, leading us to the selection of different coloured bowls available. She added that the company also makes cat bowls and showed us a couple of examples on their website. She is a real credit to the company : knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly and professional. It's unusual to get such great service these days and I always take the time out to recognise it. Thank you, Christine !

I come in regularly to buy pieces and am always greeted warmly and made to feel so taken care of. The customer service is always nothing short of amazing and product quality is just impeccable.
