Leon Pearsall is Head Installer, Paul Stafford is Technical Manager, and Liam Davies is Projects Administrator. The design process includes a showroom experience with a SieMatic trained academy designer, a design consultation with a Senior Designer, and a home survey where a Senior Designer visits the home to measure the space. The Contracts Division supports architects and property developers with multi-plot developments across the UK. Kitchen Gallery provides bespoke German kitchen design and interior solutions including wardrobes, beds, living rooms, office spaces and sliding door systems.

Customers in several reviews describe the design and installation process as professional and knowledgeable from beginning to end. A designer named Kalun Law is repeatedly singled out for his creative approach and helpful guidance, with one account noting that he shaped the plans that were eventually fitted. The showroom at the Mailbox is mentioned often, described as striking and well laid out, with quality options on display. Kitchens are supplied and installed as part of one coordinated project, which reviewers say keeps decisions and fitting closely aligned.

Praise recurs for the standard of the finished rooms and for the style of the design work, while the service is characterised as attentive throughout. Communication before and during the work comes up frequently, with clients saying their ideas were listened to and changes discussed without difficulty. Creative input is a theme that runs through the feedback, as customers note that suggestions made while planning influenced the final layout. Staff are described as friendly and easy to deal with, making the experience of choosing and fitting a kitchen feel straightforward rather than pressured, and the completed installations are said to reflect careful workmanship and considered design.
