Kitchen City

In Tyseley, Kitchen City receives a varied set of accounts from the five customers whose comments appear. The business is listed as an appliance shop, bedroom furniture store, cabinet maker, kitchen supply shop and timber merchant, and reviewers describe friendly and helpful staff, with the style of kitchens on display called amazing. Several mention savings made by visiting, and tradespeople are said to come and go regularly.

A recurring point of contention concerns the premises and what is actually on offer: one account describes a wasted journey because the business could not be found, while another states that kitchens are no longer sold there even though the website still advertises them. There is also a serious complaint about an unauthorised payment, which one reviewer connects to the company and warns others about. These points recur across the comments rather than appearing once, and the picture is of customers praising the staff and the showroom while questioning availability and how the business represents itself. The kitchen range and its presentation remain central to the dissatisfaction expressed.
