Great kitchen and customer service! I can't recommend the fitter enough, he was so hardworking and the kitchen was complete within 3 days. Will defo use this company again

If I could give no stars I would. After taking over £7000 from us, kitchen was delivered with 7 doors missing, and-discoloured end panels. When we complained about end panels we were told that no one else had ever complained by Ian, and that it would cost another £260 for them to match the white doors. Fitter did what he could but then we waited for a further 4 weeks for remaining doors, and after unanswered messages and calls, they sent another fitter as the first one was ill. This fitter completely stained my quarts worktops by drilling holes in it to get the hob to fit, knocked a great big hole in my newly rendered outer wall for the vent, and left it. After he left we couldn’t get the hob to work, so we called an engineer, who told us that the fitter had cut through 2 wires under the hob. We eventually got Ian to come and look at the kitchen. He agreed that the end panels were discoloured and handles were in wrong places, and witnessed the poor quality workmanship. He said he would order new parts and that it would all be finished the following week by a new fitter, after I said I didn’t want the last one back in the house. Another week rolled round with no sign of the kitchen being done, so once again we made calls and eventually, another fitter was arranged for the following week. The next week, the same fitter showed up. I was so upset after Ian had agreed not to send him back. He then fitted new end panels which were just as discoloured as the first ones, put the handle in the wrong place on boiler door and cut the trim too short over the hob. Doors were left uneven, two cupboards have no shelves, and the finish is just disgraceful. After he left we complained again to Ian, who said he would come out again with the fitter. I told him that I didn’t want the fitter in my house. I told him that he and Steve could come and look at the mess. That was 4 weeks ago and we haven’t heard from them. The kitchen was started on 24th July- almost 12 weeks ago. In the end we contacted a direct supplier who sent us new pristine white end panels and trim, and a new boiler door, which once again cost us money, and we’ve had to pay for another fitter. This company is excellent at taking your money, but not delivering decent, complete products. The fitting is beyond shoddy. They actually cost us more money putting their poor quality work right. They do not communicate with you when things go wrong, and don’t answer calls or messages. They cut corners and provide poor quality kitchens. Don’t be fooled by the nice showrooms. Avoid them at all costs and pay the extra for a decent job.

Have had two kitchens from here and both times had good service and great prices.

Absolutely disgusting service. My mum and dad bought a kitchen and the freezer was damaged. Refused to replace, played a game back and forth with the manufacturer and kitchen clearance. They then agreed to give the money back but were unresponsive and have since sent out two checks which have bounced. Do not use!!!!!!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO NEVER USE THESE GUYS!!! Ordered some doors for the kitchen cabinets as the previous owner had purchased from the same place. Initially everything was fine, I even paid in full. But when the delivery date was missed by two days and no one even called me to let me know about the delay I was sceptical of the place. Called in the morning for the bloke on the phone to tell me he was going to cancel my order because I was angry. I had already told him we had booked a carpenter to fix the doors on for the day after they were meant to arrive and today we had to cancel the photoshoot for our home to be put on the market. So we have lost out money wise and door wise now. Luckily for them Ian dealt with it well and refunded me my money. Shame he has to work for such an unprofessional company.
