Inspired Elements - Fitted Wardrobes London

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience with Inspire Elements from start to finish. A special thank you to Palak, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. From the initial design stage to the final installation, she made sure all of our design requests and ideas were carefully considered and incorporated into the finished product. There were a few issues during the installation, but they were dealt with promptly and professionally, with no hassle. That level of after-sales service gave us real confidence in the company. They may not be the cheapest option, but the quality of the bespoke furniture and the overall finish definitely justify the price. If you’re looking for well-designed, high-quality bespoke furniture backed by excellent customer service, I would happily recommend Inspire Elements.

Inspired Elements Team have been amazing! I want to say a special thank you to Palak, Mohammed and Hiran for their professionalism, prompt communications and for their amazing work! I have inserted picture to demonstrate their fantastic skills.

We recently had a media wall installed in our living room by Inspired Elements and are very pleased with the result. From the design stage through to completion, the service was great. Palak took great care in developing the design, providing plenty of suggestions and ideas while also listening carefully to our requirements. She was always happy to make tweaks as needed, took our feedback on board throughout the process, and offered helpful guidance on colours and finishes, which made decision-making much easier. The installation was carried out by Victor, who did a fantastic job. He completed the fitting in just 2.5 days and the overall standard of workmanship was very good. There were a few finishing details that we weren't completely happy with initially, but once we provided feedback, the team responded quickly and returned promptly to resolve them. It was clear that achieving a high-quality finish was very important to them. Throughout the project, the team provided great guidance and communication. The materials used are of very good quality, their dealings were professional at all times, and we felt the pricing was fair and reasonable for the standard of work delivered. Overall, we are very happy with our media wall and would have no hesitation in recommending Inspired Elements to others.

Palak from Inspired Elements has just made my wardrobe dream come true. We’ve have been doing a bedroom revamp and I wanted a really beautiful, statement wardrobe. And that is exactly what I now have, courtesy of Palak from Inspired Elements. Once I saw the bronze mirrored wardrobe on Inspired Element’s website, no wardrobes I saw elsewhere came close. From my first phone call with Palak I knew I had found the company I wanted to work with for my new wardrobe. Palak was great to work with. She asked me lots of questions about what I was looking for, and really listened and took on board what I was hoping to achieve in the design of my new wardrobe. Our visit to Inspired Elements’ showroom, and meeting Palak was just what I knew it would be after our phone discussions. Palak has that wonderful combination of professionalism and friendliness. I knew I could ask any questions, without feeling foolish. Palak was also patient with my excited enthusiasm. She is excellent at explaining things, and checking that we understood the design process. We watched as Palak designed our wardrobe on screen. She demonstrated real patience as I asked lots of questions. One thing I particularly liked was that as we were looking at internal features, Palak took account of the fact that we are both a little on the elderly side, and wisely counselled against the pull down rail, she was quite right as it was far too heavy for us to use comfortably. Our showroom visit really was a great experience. Palak kept in contact with us between our showroom visit, and the installation day. Our new wardrobe was fitted last Saturday. I am more than thrilled with it. Again, Palak was in contact with us in the days leading up to the installation. And on the installation day as well. The installation day went so smoothly. The fitting team were very efficient, kept cleaning up, and were lovely to have working in my home. Thank you Divyesh, Satish and Pappu. The quality and workmanship of my new wardrobe is excellent. The back of the wardrobe is solid, so there will never be gaps between the back of the shelves and the back of the wardrobe. The interior lights, the trouser hangers, and the jewellery drawer are the cherries on top of the beautiful cake. The wardrobe really is a beautiful piece of furniture. I am beyond happy with my new wardrobe. Thank you Palak for your friendly professionalism. I can honestly say that in all the revamp work we have had done on our bedroom, the design and installation of our beautiful new wardrobe was so totally hassle free. An excellent experience. Thank you Inspired Elements. Thank you Palek.

We ordered a wardrobe for our client in Ascot and were very pleased with the result. The quality of the work was excellent, the installation was completed on time, and the team showed a very professional and friendly attitude toward the client. Thank you for your great work.
