Ideal Fitted Bedrooms Ltd

Amazing work! Got a fitted wardrobe and dressing room done in my house. The finishing is excellent and the quality is top class. Staff were very friendly, professional and tidy. Really happy with the final result. Highly recommended!

These guys were great and the wardrobe is beautiful. Sonal was really patient with me during the design process as I changed my mind several times about drawers, doors and colours! On the day of the fitting the guys were working in a small space, 3 floors up (no lift), and in 34 degree heat - they were absolutely incredible and got the job done in several hours. They were polite, respectful, made an adjustment to the rails and shelves to suit my height, and cleaned up thoroughly when they left. What's more they were approximately 1/2 the price of other larger national companies and could do the work 4+ weeks sooner than the others.

I chose this company due to the designs that they offered at competitive prices. I wanted sliding doors with matching vanity unit, matching stool and bedside units and all was made beautifully. Visiting the showroom is a must so that you can see the quality of the product. Service was good from beginning to the end and if there were any issues, they were dealt with effectively and efficiently….just make sure that their factory has made all the pieces before their office books your date in for fitting so that time is not wasted. I would highly recommend them and all the staff are friendly,

Very good company YOU CAN TRUST Very good company you can trust since the beginning, outstanding custumer service, they are always checking all your needs, they listen to all your ideas and make them real . We are very happy with the results. Thanks to all the team that makes our wadrobes.

I’m delighted with my fitted wardrobes! The quality is excellent and look very stylish, and one of the things we appreciated most was being able to fully customise the internal layout to suit exactly what we needed, as well as the benefit of having a 12 year guarantee. Communication was fantastic from start to finish – i was kept informed throughout the whole process, and the team were always helpful and responsive. The lead time was also brilliant; from placing the order to installation took less than a month, which exceeded my expectations. The fitters did a fantastic job, were professional and worked hard throughout the day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality fitted wardrobes backed by excellent customer service.

We recently had two fitted wardrobes and a media wall designed and installed by Ideal Fitted, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Sonal, Aastha and Smruti were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were incredibly patient throughout the design process, accommodating our multiple design changes and iterations without ever making us feel rushed. They were always responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve exactly the look we wanted. Once everything was finalised, the fitting team completed the installation efficiently over the course of a week, and the quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. The finished wardrobes and media wall look stunning, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. What really stood out was the excellent customer service from start to finish, timely execution, clear communication, and very reasonable pricing for the quality delivered. A huge thank you to Sonal, Aastha and Smruti for making the whole process so smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Ideal Fitted to anyone looking for bespoke fitted furniture. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Our experience with Ideal Fitted was seamless. We got a couple of fitted wardrobes and a media wall made and the process from start to finish was excellent. In terms of customer interaction and service, Sonal, Smruti and Aastha have been with us since day 0, helping us ideate and design our furniture, making design revisions multiple times and bringing out the best possible outcome for us. I would like to thank them for the overall execution. Also the fitters who came and worked on fitting the furniture were very nice. They were great at their work. very adjusting, catered to our specific requirements and also cleaned up each day after work. From a price point perspective, considering this is London based and they're providing a 12 year guarantee on their product, I would say the prices are very reasonable as well. Overall we are very pleased and Ideal have a very good team that deliver from ideation to execution! Highly recommended.
