Outstanding throughout, from quotes/design phase, through construction/installation, and after sales care. So professional but with great customer care and engagement. And the quality of the work and care the team showed when installing, couldn't ask for more. Highly, highly recommended.
Our son had the fitted cupboards and wardrobes and we were so impressed we had them too. Excellent service from start to finish, would highly recommend.
Thanks to Promy and his amazing team for our beautifully fitted wardrobes in our master bedroom. We are so delighted with the final result. Couldn’t recommend The Bedroom Company anymore!!
I had a wardrobe installed by The Bedroom Company and I’m very happy with the final result. It looks fantastic - like something you’d find in a posh hotel room - and it’s really well fitted and high quality. The team were friendly and easy to deal with, and I also liked that they weren’t pushy at all. At times, I felt they could have been a bit more proactive, as I had to follow up a few times to keep things moving. That said, everything worked out well in the end and I’m really pleased with how it turned out.
Having taken time to research various companies to supply fitted wardrobes we are so glad we chose The Bedroom Company. From start to finish Promy and the team were excellent in providing advice on styles, design and even handles with no sales pressure. We paid a fair price for a quality product that we will enjoy for years to come. The fitters were professional and friendly and left the house clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to deal with a knowledgeable and trustworthy local firm. Thank you to all the team.
Cannot recommend this company enough! Promy, Charan and his team have been phenomenal from start to the finish. The care, attention to detail and level of service was beyond my expectations. I wish more companies provided this level of service (and always with a smile!). We did all our bedroom closets, media unit and book shelves with them. Anyone who comes to the house is wowed by them. If you want quality closets, excellent service and honest prices, this is the place to go. Thanks Promy and team!
Great experience from start to finish – communication was smooth and was able to book a visit quickly. They offered big choice of colours and finishes. When I changed my mind about the initial measurements, they were happy to arrange a second visit. Production was on time, even with an option for an earlier installation than planned. The installation was fast and tidy. Very happy with the result – thank you!
