IKEA Milton Keynes

Ikea is good but understanding stock can be frustrating. We returned a set of drawers as were directed to the wrong colour (will remember to check colour code on the box in future). On returning, it stated 12 in stock of the colour wanted, when getting there it stated none in stock, but we found three sets but couldn't scan it onto IKEA app as stating not in stock. Went on a Sunday and it was extremely busy. Don't go there hungry, the queue for the restraunt was out into the halls.

Fist time ever in an Ikea and have to say it will not be my last. If only all shopping could be like this life would be so much easier. Lovely clean well laid out shop, helpful friendly staff, good prices and the food is good what more could I ask for? The only downside is losing track of time whilst in there so all my other plans went to pot this day.

I spoke over the phone to customer service about a return. They said it’s fine come in as I’m under the 365 gaurantee. I went in and even did express return. These people were so rude about the return saying it’s a build issue when the draws are faulty and said well it doesn’t come under warranty and no part replacement can be done. I’ve never had an issue until now. Poor quality and things can’t be returned

Louis at the pick up point was great! He was sweeet, professional and helpful. After not knowing where to go for pick up and wasting time looking for it, he eased my job and helped me load up my car with great patience. Thank you very much.

Absolutely love this branch. Helpful staff, good stock levels and showroom. One thing to point out is that some items (in our case, garden storage unit) is picked up from an offsite storage area a few mins drive away. They do have the usual warehouse where you pick your items but I guess there’s an additional one as well.

IKEA is always worth the trip! Great choice, affordable prices and lots of inspiration for the home. We recently moved and found almost everything we needed here. The showroom ideas are always helpful, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

One of my favourite places to go. Incredible prices and good quality furniture. Cheap food at the cafe on the way out, a very worthwhile experience
