Incredible service and friendly staff! Would buy 2 kitchens if I could!!

I would never buy a kitchen from Wren again. Painful experience with the designer at Milton Keynes, he didn't remember changes, he didn't advise us of options and now we have the quartz worktop installed, realise he didn't actually inform us as to how badly it marks. We wouldn't have brought it had we known. Wren didn't care when we raised it with them. Red Services left us in the lurch by not ripping the kitchen out so we had to do it ourselves. The worktops weren't cleaned properly so had to get them back to clean all the sticker marks off and the attitude of the guy that came was just awful. Very glad the experience is over.

This will be my second Wren kitchen and I can’t wait! The first was in a beautiful old stone cottage and was fitted by Mark Slaymaker. This new project is in a small bungalow, now more suited to our needs. I know it will be equally good quality and beautiful and is being fitted by Flatley Heating. The first picture is an actual photo of our first kitchen but the second is a mock up of what’s to come! Wren have been super helpful all through both projects. Robyn has been especially good with this second project as our sale and purchase fell through just weeks before fitting was due to start. No issues getting our deposit back quickly, so they were the first company I thought of when our move eventually happened. All due to start in December! My treat and Christmas present after a difficult year. 😊

DO NOT RECOMMEND - Very disappointed with my experience at Wren. The website booking failed, I ended up with two appointments and no easy way to contact them. When I finally spoke to someone, instead of just giving me a quotation, I was told their prices would be £1,000–£2,000 higher than another store – even though I never asked for discounts or compared prices. I only wanted clear information and a proper quote, but I felt dismissed instead.

Used these guys for our new house, we knew nothing going in but came out feeling full of knowledge and reassurance. Sarju spent a great amount of time with us to make sure everything was just as we wanted it. The 3d images are a great way for you to see how it all comes together. We recently placed an order with Wren for a bedroom installation. The choice was good and after the sale discount being applied we decided to proceed. The staff in MK store were excellent, as were the delivery drivers and installation staff. The quality of the goods are fine, but the process (once the order was placed) was a challenge. There is an app which we downloaded but I’m not sure what purpose it served, as I was unable to update our contact details and apart from acting as a reminder of what the order compromised of it ceased to be of any use after delivery. The installation was excellent and at that point a fault on the door was noted. The installer attempted to report this and order a replacement part, but his app wasn’t working! I attempted to order a replacement via the app but as I only wanted a door, I found it too difficult to navigate. I messaged the store, sent pictures and they sent the information onto Customer Services requesting a replacement part be ordered. A cut and paste email was received asking detailed information after which they would “consider” my case. Back to the store who resolved this issue. I must have made about 10 calls to Customer Services regarding delivery of the replacement and collection of the installation waste. They were always courteous and polite but I didn’t feel they have a complete process for the service they offer. We are lucky that we have the time to make these calls and wait in the house for deliveries/collections, and although we are happy with the finished product, the process we went through to finally get there has taken the shine off our experience and will not be using again.

DO NOT PURCHASE A KITCHEN FROM THIS COMPANY - our kitchen cupboards started delaminating after just 12 weeks, so much so that over half our kitchen needs replacing. Warranty will replace the units, but they will not send a fitter out to reinstall them, so we are having to pay our kitchen fitter for a second time to replace THEIR FAULTY units. A complete waste of time and money and will not recommend them to anyone
