Arrived here at 5pm and they were just closing so I thought I'd missed my opportunity. No fear, 2 of the guys went back in with me, took my order, picked my goods and locked up behind me. Great service, thanks very much.
Well this is a 5 star review for Howdens in Norwich. The designer was fantastic ( Claire Brockett ) she came out to the house and did the initial design, we then visited her twice instore to do further changes - nothing was ever too much for her . The ordering and the delivery went very well and even when we changed out minds mid install on a couple of things they took it in their stride to accommodate accordingly. I would totally recommend them for kitchen design and supply.
Angie was friendly and helpful and gave us some great ideas during the planning stage for our new kitchen and also fitted bedroom furniture. We took advantage of ordering during their Autumn sale and were very impressed that they deducted the cost of putting it all into storage until our builders were ready to fit. We made some late changes to our kitchen design and Angie and Eliot were very helpful in getting exchanges arranged with no delays for our builders.
Brilliant service - so pleased with my kitchen. Claire could not have been more helpful!
We would like to extend our thanks to Claire for managing the design supply and where necessary any adjustments. This has given us the kitchen I wanted. Claire was incredibly patient and always saw us with a smile and a coffee.
Howdens Norwich are fantastic! Honestly some of the best customer service I've experienced. Both Claire & Gary have been incredibly helpful every single time I've delt with them. And you can tell they genuinely care about getting the job done right. Both of them are an absolute credit to the business!
We had amazing service from Angie at Whiffler Road. We had never bought a kitchen before, and made lots of small changes during the design process but nothing was too much trouble, and we are so happy our experience so far. Angie came back to us quickly and couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. Thank you!!
