We had reached the point where it was time to replace our kitchen, and we thought we had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted. We initially popped into Atlantic simply to look at worktops - and to be fair, they have an incredible range, but after speaking with the exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly Lewis, we decided to take a look at their kitchens too. At first glance, we honestly thought there was no way these beautifully crafted German kitchens could possibly be within our budget. We absolutely loved the look of the Schüller range, though, so we decided to explore the possibilities. Plans were drawn up, quotes were prepared, and before we knew it, our minds had completely changed. We were signing on the dotted line for a stunning, super-stylish German kitchen and worktops. From that moment onwards, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. In fact, we genuinely couldn’t fault it from start to finish. We’re not the easiest of customers. We’re incredibly detail-driven, obsessed with aesthetics and if we’re honest, pretty demanding! Lewis took all of this completely in his stride. His attention to detail, knowledge, and commitment to getting everything absolutely right were second to none. From the very first conversation about what we wanted, right through to the final day of installation, Lewis was always available at the end of the phone or an email away. He would regularly pop in himself to check on progress and make sure everything was going exactly as it should. That level of personal involvement and care is something you simply don’t come across very often. Lewis didn’t just sell us a kitchen - he managed the entire process with us. He liaised directly with our flooring company, provided incredibly detailed plans for our electrician and plumbers to work on. Whenever we came across a challenge, he had a solution. We always felt completely supported and, most importantly, that someone genuinely cared about the end result as much as we did. The kitchen itself is absolutely beautiful. The quality is outstanding, the design is incredibly stylish and, remarkably, it came in exactly on budget. We also purchased all of our Neff appliances through Atlantic, and the prices were significantly better than quotes we had received elsewhere - another huge bonus. If you’re considering a new kitchen, we genuinely cannot recommend Atlantic highly enough. They’re a wonderful family-run business that combines exceptional products with an incredibly personal level of service. The whole experience was professional, seamless and, above all, enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our dream kitchen. This is the third time we have used Atlantic since 2005 and we are extremely happy with our new shower room. A big thank you to Maria who did a superb job in designing it. She took the time to understand what we wanted and made a number of really good suggestions - everyone loves the tiles! Thanks also to Josh who worked tirelessly to install it - even going above and beyond to resolve an issue which was outside of his remit. Always cheerful and a true professional. Having done an excellent job of refurbishing our bathroom 22 years ago we had no hesitation in getting them do a complete update. From the planning stage , choice of Fixtures and Fittings and workmanship everything is first class. If you want the best look no further

From walking in to the showroom to completion day, my entire experience with Atlantic has been a positive one. Maria could not have been more helpful. Offering solutions to my specific needs while being mindful of my budget. Allowing us to achieve the most beautiful walk in shower renovation that I didn’t think was possible. Shaun’s workmanship is absolutely faultless. Making sure he left my house tidy before he left every day. I cannot praise the entire team at Atlantic enough and would not hesitate in using them in the future or recommending them to anyone looking to make home improvements.

From start to finish Atlantic have been efficient, attentive and thorough. We were given a very personal service and our bathrooms were finished to an extremely high standard. We would have no hesitation to enlist the services of Atlantic again.

We had our ensuite completely refurbished by Atlantic. The designer Maria was great and really transformed the space. She made great suggestions for layouts and fixtures and helped us to adjust the design so the cost was within our budget. Some of the decorative items we purchased ourselves elsewhere to save money. We didn't have to wait long for the job to be started. The fitter, Steve, was really friendly and helpful and the quality of his work was brilliant. The project was completed to schedule. Atlantic aren't the cheapest bathroom company around, but the whole process was excellent, the quality of the fixtures and fittings is high and the end result is outstanding.
