This is a great company to do business with. The people are knowledgeable, professional and very customer focused and the doors are of very good quality. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Wardrobe Doors Direct for your project.
We have just fitted our new wardrobe doors and are delighted with the result. Having an old Cornish cottage, the prospect of fitting a new wardrobe was a bit daunting, but Adrian, from WDD, was very helpful and always quick to respond with advice. The delivery driver was also extremely helpful and efficient and we would definitely recommend this company. Top quality doors at a reasonable price!
Excellent service from point of ordering double checking i had the right measurements and fixtures. Arrived on time by a friendly helpful member of staff . All the components were of high quality and with excellent instructions online made the whole experience enjoyable. I can't recommend highly enough 100 percent recommend to anyone wanting wardrobes of high quality and ease of installation. Stephen (one happy customer)
Brilliant customer service (very patient with all my questions 🙂), delivered exactly on time and very well packaged. Top quality doors - slide well and look great - and at a great price. I’m a very happy customer!
We bought our bedroom doors 11 years ago from Wardrobe Doors Direct. The ordering and delivery process was easy and Adrian answered questions we had on measuring up the opening dimensions. We’ve had 2 occasions since installation where we’ve had to contact Wardrobe Doors and in both cases Adrian has solved our issues meaning the doors work as well now as they did the day they were first fitted.
Contacted WardrobeDoors Direct about a replacement for our 20 year old custom fitted wardrobe that had been broken. Adrian their contact, provided a 5 star customer service by helping us to choose the correct fittings and followed up quickly with an email response each time we queried something. Very happy with the finished new wardrobe now its been installed as it's a much better quality than our previous wardrobe setup. Really recommend WardrobeDoorsDirect to anyone who is looking to do something similar.
Adrian, A big thank you to you and the staff for sorting me out regarding my order. You were correct, the white board surround looks much better than my plan of fitting straight to the wall. Both wardrobe sets now completed. The instructions are easy to follow and Ian, the delivery driver, had given me a few tips too. Great product: looks brilliant. Thanks, Nigel
