Fern Furnishing

Always very helpful, furnished 3 of our bedrooms over the years, called with a handle that had come loose after few years and couldn't screw back on wanting some advice in the screw. Gave me a new handle

I cannot recommend Fern Furnishing highly enough! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. John was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He provided excellent customer service, listened to what I wanted, and gave me fantastic ideas and advice on the design of my fitted bedroom wardrobes. He was friendly, professional, and never pushy, which made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Ian and Dan fitted the wardrobes, and I was absolutely blown away by their workmanship. They worked efficiently, were extremely tidy, and the finished result exceeded all my expectations. The attention to detail and quality of their work is exceptional. The whole team was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they provide, and the finished wardrobes have completely transformed my bedroom. Thank you to John, Ian, and Dan for such an amazing job. I would highly recommend Fern Furnishing to anyone looking for fitted furniture and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. A truly 5-star service from start to finish!

Probably the best customer service I have ever received. Fern Furnishing fitted 2 bedrooms in my current property 23 years ago. Some of the draw fronts on the dressing table and bedside tables had started to lose the finish and began to peel from the wood. I contacted Fern and they requested I take one of the draws in to them to inspect. They quickly requested that I drop off the rest. (13 draws in total). Within a week these were repaired and refinished and looked like new. All done free of charge. Exceptional service.

Recently moved to a new house where Fern Furnishings had done the fitted wardrobes, I contacted them to see if they could do bedside drawers to match the wardrobes. Really good customer service from start to finish, excellent drawers, really well made and good quality.

Fantastic customer service from going to showroom to fitting the wardrobes. No pressure. The guys who fitted the units were very friendly n nothing was too much bother for them. Steve moved an old wardrobe unit into another bedroom n it looks fantastic. You would of thought it was built for that room. Would certainly recommend them to anyone. You can tell they are a family run business not a big company that's only interested in your money .

Just a fabulous company. Super showroom and knowledgeable people eager to help without being pushy. The service and attention to detail right through from sales to installation was spot on, and fantastic value, thanks guys, one very happy customer👍🏻

We had a fantastic professional service two years ago getting bespoke wardrobes to fit into an extension with a sloping ceiling . Really good use of the space. We had a further example of fantastic service this week when they repaired a broken door (caused by my son’s carelessness not the craftsmanship) free of charge. Would not hesitate in recommending this company.
