USED A GRINDER IN OUR BEDROOM, MELTED OUR CARPET, DAMAGED THE MIRROR PANEL.... FIVE MONTHS LATER, NOT FIXED ANYTHING! The installer used a grinder IN OUR BEDROOM, to cut metal and ended up melting our carpet & damaging the wardrobe mirror panel he was installing! All of this because they apparently "didnt have the correct doors, so had to "make it work" when really they should've left and come back another day with the proper materials for the job! When we called Nangla to complain about the bad quality/damage, they told us we had to speak to the installer to fix it, not them... Even though the person selling the inbuilt and the person installing it are BROTHERS. The installer refused to take responsibility and tried making it out like the damaged mirror was a "manufacturer defect" but quickly went quiet and backtracked once i told him i know he used a grinder in my bedroom and that i know the damage was caused by it. After finally getting the installer to agree to fix the issues i thought the problems would be over, they came round the next week and removed the damaged panel, leaving us with an inbuilt wardrobe with a missing door but i was expecting this to be only a temporary thing... Not something i would have to deal with for MONTHS. Unfortunately its now been nearly FIVE MONTHS.. Yet they still haven't replaced the damaged panel! They keep refusing to come on a weekend and have repeatedly tried to pressure my wife to let them come by during the week when im at work, despite me telling them REPEATEDLY that my wife works night shifts and since im at work during the week they need to come on a weekend. They constantly ignore any messages we send to them asking for a update or when they will come, but then they'll finally call us up on a random weekday (waking up my wife who is trying to sleep because of her night shifts) and try to pressure myself and my wife to let them come with no prior warning, refusing to give us ANY date that we could try move things around ahead of time. They've inconvenienced us for the last 5 months having to deal with an unfinished & damaged install yet they make constant excuses when we try arrange a date come on a day that is convenient for us because its inconvenient for them?? Absolutely DISGRACEFUL customer service. inconveniencing a customer by not properly doing a job, then making excuses as to why they can't come to fix their mistakes, only calling up at short notice to do it at a time thats ONLY convenient for them! It seems like they'll come and do an installation on the weekend... But dont expect them to fix their shoddy workmanship at the weekend! A family run business putting customers at the heart. I was recommended to contact Nangla Furniture by one of my regular trade persons. Since my first contact with them, followed by the surveyor’s visit, visiting their workshop to finalise design till installation were flawless. Their commitments, promise to deliver and craftsmanship are excellent. I ordered a wall to wall fitted wardrobe with 4 mirrored sliding doors and it was the best decision ever. We are looking forward to do the 2nd bedroom soon. I strongly recommend them to you should you need them. All the best wishes for the Nangla Furnitures.

Ricky, Jaz and their highly skilled team did a fantastic job fitting our wardrobes. From start to finish the experience has been incredible and the build quality of the final products are amazing. We've had wardrobes fitted by them in the past and will most certainly use them again in the future. Just recently they fitted new wardrobes in my house and I'm 100% satisfied with the end results. They maximised all the space available and added plenty of storage compartments. The team is very friendly and very professional. Overall it's been a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend Nangla Furniture.
