Unique Bedrooms & Kitchens Direct - Dunstable

From the moment we spoke to Greg the designer, we realized we were dealing with a highly professional enthusiastic company. The whole journey with them has been flawless and we are so pleased with our new amazing bedroom. Many thanks

We’d been looking for where to order a fitted wardrobe for my daughter’s bedroom for a while, and were recommended Unique by a colleague who’d had them do much of his house. As soon as my wife and I met Greg we knew we were in good hands. Greg is a great interior designer, very patient and was just great to work with throughout the process. The end product looks great, just like the cgi’s Greg provided and we’re delighted with the quality. The fitter Stuart also very pleasant to deal with, did a careful job & left everything clean and tidy. Great experience all round.

We were looking to turn one of our bedrooms into a home office and this has been the best experience we have ever had in terms of a home improvement project. It all started with an incredibly welcoming, genuinely friendly and helpful experience with Harri at the showroom of Unique in which we got to see lots of examples of what they can do, all of which used top quality materials. Harri took time to listen to what we were looking for and explained how it could be achieved. From there Harri advised that Greg the Interior Designer will be in touch to visit our home to carry out a survey and advise on what could be possible. Greg indeed contacted us shortly and visited us soon after. Greg is also genuinely friendly, very knowledgeable, has great listening skills and was able to very clearly communicate how the whole process works. He understood very quickly what we wanted and was able to advise on design styles, colour combinations, layout and cost. This all allowed the possibly for us to be able to maximise the space yet keep it a calm, peaceful and organised place where we can do our work which is exactly what we wanted. Greg then very efficiently was able to produce renders of what we could expect which looked amazing. From there he was always on hand and very patient when we wanted to tweak a few things until we were happy to proceed. Not once were we ever pressured into anything which was a delight. Then came the installation which was carried out by Stuart with the help of Sam and even Harri on one occasion to overcome a particularly tricky task. This was carried out over two days and was another excellent experience. They were punctual, professional, hardworking, tidy and respectable of our property. Absolutely first class! The installation team brought the brilliant design to life and made it a reality for us. Lastly Greg called just after the installation had been completed to make sure we were happy with everything. Unique is a top, high-end company with competitive prices and an unmatched service. We cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you for everything. Peter & Oana from Dunstable

A really impressive company from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. My wardrobes look fantastic. Greg the designer is really knowledgeable, and not afraid to give suggestions. The Installers turned up when they said they would, hoovered 3x before leaving and took a lot of pride over their work. Plus it's a local family run business so win win.

Unique have just finished installing our fitted bedroom and we have to say we are absolutely delighted. The workmanship and quality are truly excellent and from design to finish the professional, yet friendly advice given by Greg was unparalleled and welcomed. All the highly experienced team are extremely friendly and work without notice until the job is done. I would highly recommend this company.

Unique Bedrooms & Kitchen did an amazing job with our wardrobe. Greg supported us from the beginning and did a fabulous job with the design and helped customise it the way we wanted. The installation was great and the wardrobe is of high quality. Very happy with the final outcome !!

Having worked with Greg and the team at Unique to have bedroom furniture fitted, we approached them when we decided to redo our kitchen. We started the planning over 2 years ago, visiting various kitchen suppliers at that time, but had to put this on hold due to family commitments. We were able to easily pick up where we had left off with Greg and he was very patient with us as we worked our way through the many decisions that were needed, providing helpful input himself. We had some issues with the company we chose to fit the kitchen, but we can't speak highly enough of Unique's willingness to help with this, in particular Harri who took ownership and resolved matters. We are really pleased with the end result and are very happy to recommend Unique if you want a well made product, tailored to your specific needs.
