Bought a pillow on 11th August with the help of Chloe. She helped me chose the right pillow and made the process really easy, amazing customer service.
Thank you Tina & Matt for your excellent customer. You listened to my requirements and it was great to deal with you both
Went through my first in store dreams experience with Tina on 30/04. Friendly, very helpful, pleasant. Recommend this store highly especially the Sleep Match Machine.
Tina was very helpful and friendly She took us through the various prices and the comfort of the mattresses. We were given a clear understanding of the bill and were offered services for recycling our old mattress and for getting the beds upstairs. Very good service.
Went to dreams knowing what we wanted but still needed a little help, we didnt get pestered after walking through the door but Roger came to help us he was polite and very helpful as me wife was a bit confussed but we were give a price that we were very happy with and we were given some coffee and a seat and Roger sorted everything out for us we are just looking forward to getting a lovely new bed.
Staff were excellent and very helpful. Took a while to find a bed we liked, but Tina helped us the whole way through.
We were greeted at the door by Roger. He was so helpful and friendly. Not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable. We must have been annoying customers as we are so indecisive but he stuck it out and we ended up purchasing a Tempur mattress from here thanks to him. Thanks Roger!
