Bought a lovely sofa and footstool from Brett's at Relax Sofas - great service and both delivered v quickly, v happy - it really does pays off to buy from an independent local company!
Had several quality issues with a sofa manufactured by a well known uk supplier which were not resolved after two years. Relax Furniture gave us a full refund and we were happy to purchase another sofa from them made by a different uk supplier. Relax Furniture went above and beyond the expected level of service throughout and would highly recommend them. Very friendly and professional team.
Recently had carpet supplied and fitted , amazing service. Both Fraser and Lisa in the shop were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble! The carpet fitters were very good and very professional. Can't recommend this company enough! Will definitely be back in the near future Thank you

Perfect! From their very first visit to my house to measure up, everything has been absolutely wonderful. The team in the office went the extra mile to ensure I was making the correct choice for my home and kept me up to date on delivery dates, delivery arrangements and I even got a phone call when the team were on the way. The fitting of flooring and delivery of furniture was great; Darren and Bradley are experts at what they do and didn't leave a inch of mess! My home looks wonderful thanks to the team at Relax. Extremely pleased with this company, competitive pricing, great service and furniture the service from the showroom to the delivery and installation of my 3 piece suite was second to none, very pleased highly recommend them, will use them again when the need arises they will be our first port of call. Amazing place, so helpful, professional and caring. Good old fashioned service and attention. Nothing was too much trouble, lots of advice and time to make up our minds. Even stored the sofa and chair until we had finished decorating, which took a little longer than originally expected. Cannot thank you enough. Delivery men were awesome and took great care and respect of our home and put everything in situ before leaving. Thankyou everyone
