Furniture Village - Ipswich

We were mattress shopping - a dreaded job! Always overwhelming. But not this time. Our Sales Consultant (Rachael Burrows) encouraged us to try all options to see what suited us, whilst enjoying a Capuccino! She was so knowledgable and helped us whittle down the selection until we were left with two options to decide between. She was so patient when we needed to go away to have a think. Once our decision was made we returned to store and she very efficiently placed our order. An excellent, friendly service from start to finish - thank you Rachael!

Purchased a bed and two bedside tables from Furniture Village, was very happy with the in store service, Chris Hunt was excellent. The bed turned up today without a vital set of bolts, meaning the bed couldn’t be put together and who knows when they will be coming out with them. Shuffled from one team to another on the phone and despite being told I am disabled and now have no bed to sleep on, didn’t seem too worried about it. Very disappointing experience, won’t be purchasing from them again.

Lovely team. I didn’t buy anything but if I didn’t need furniture this is exactly where I would go. I was greeted with a lovely warm welcome from several members of staff. I didn’t feel rushed and I didn’t feel pressured. They’ve got some very good high-quality things and I really enjoyed my visit. Thank you Team.

We were looking for an oak table, liked the looks of several in the store but couldn’t see exactly what wanted. Sheikh came to our rescue by telling us we could mix and match oak finishes, table edges and leg styles. He helped us reorganise the store as he measured distances between legs and we experimented sitting at tables. He was unobtrusively very helpful, gave us a great price and assured us delivery would include assembly of what will be a heavy table. Deciding not to prevaricate we ordered a table which was straightforward. Sheikh was very helpful, friendly and professional and we’re looking forward to receiving the table in about five weeks. Went to buy 2 sofas. We were served by Rachael. Must say it was a good experience, very friendly and knowledgeable. I know it is their job to be friendly as they are trying to sell you furniture. We got the impression that it was genuine. We don’t buy sofas that often but she did make it a joy. Thanks Rachael.
