I bought a Nevada drawer set from this shop over a year ago, and while the quality of the furniture itself is great, my children somehow managed to break a couple of the cam locks. I tried looking for replacements at Screwfix and B&Q, but they don't sell the unusual 12mm size I needed. I decided to pop into Ipswich Furniture Services to see if they could help. Without even asking if I had originally purchased the drawer from them, they immediately checked their toolbox. They didn't have the parts on hand right then, but they took my phone number and promised to call me if they could source them. True to their word, they called me the very next day to let me know they had found the parts and that I could collect them whenever it was convenient for me. When I went in to pick them up and asked how much I owed them, they told me there was nothing to pay! A special mention to Gitana, who went absolutely above and beyond to help me out. It is so rare to find this level of genuine care and helpfulness these days. I highly recommend them!

Happy with my bed and the hard work the delights put in, to get it up to my room as my staircase is very narrow. Much appreciated. Only snag is the headboard is a but too high for my room, as it sits against the window and has taken a bit of the natural light coming in. Not their fault or the bed's as it was made that way. So I have asked if they can look into getting me one slightly lower, may 20-30cm lower than what I've got as a swap...other than that all good M
