Wren Kitchens

Had to give one star as I could not give 0. The initial consultation was amazing, we were served by Anil who helped us design our dream kitchen. Leading up to the delivery date, the delivery process was dreadful as we had the delivery van hit into a neighbours vehicle. Then there was a piece missing from the products, which I reordered via website and came next day and was also reordered from the wren team. The door which arrived on Monday had a big scratch in the middle of it and the door ordered from the wren team which arrived on the Monday was a completely different coloured door to what the others were. Due to this incident, we were prompted to look at the other products to see if there were any more damaged products only to find a number of scratches and chips across a number of gloss doors. I am now having to continuously call customer service and re-order products which is wasting my time. My kitchen has not been installed yet but l am sure there will be more defects to be pointed out during the renovation process. If I could go back in time I would not go through wrens again and I wish I listened to the 'wren horror stories' everyone says, but I disregarded them and gave them the benefit of the doubt which has in fact lead to a miserable experience.

Had our kitchen designed. Their prices are very expensive and the designer just try to sell us anything that did not fit. We had to redesign the whole kitchen.

AWFUL PLACE!!! Lies and false promises. "Yes we can fit your kitchen in 3 days" all lies, couldn't get a kitchen fitter in the 6 Months we had to wait. Month after month we waited. When a fitter did turn up he REFUSED TO FIT OUR KITCHEN. Woeful treatment of a customer. Not replying to phone calls and just incapable of talking the truth.

Honestly I gave one star because I couldn’t give 0 and I have to give props to their showrooms - the showrooms are the only good thing about the brand . Luxury kitchens which lures you inside and makes you want to book an appointment but then you face the reality of wrens kitchen - overpriced and basic . They had a free consultation so I sat down with the staff and we created a design for my kitchen . I had provided them with the measurements of my floor plan and they came to my home to measure themselves too . The employee created a 3D design of my kitchen and was adding cabinets in so I can have a visual representation of what it’ll look like . I had wanted an island in the middle of my kitchen and I knew this was possible but for some reason the guy said it wouldn’t fit . What he failed to mention was ‘wrens box standard islands and cabinets’ couldn’t fit . With Wrens kitchen they have specific sized cabinets they use and they don’t truly customise the sizes for your kitchen . They’ve some serious sales tactics which I noticed . The ‘discount’ prices is a lie . They just offer you the original price at the end. They start higher and go down to give you the illusion you’re getting a discount but you’re not . “Let me ask my manager if I can get you 20% off “ is also another tactic they use . This kitchen brand doesn’t lead by authenticity. The end quote for a kitchen with no island was £40k , bear in mind the layout of the kitchen in the design was a basic L shape and the worktop was simple . This is when I went to another kitchen company and got a design done from them . They managed to fit an island in the design and I got my kitchen done with marble worktops by that company for less than 40k . Till this day, the island I have in my kitchen has so much space around it and I just don’t understand how wrens kitchen said it was going to be tight and it wouldn’t work . Just shows nothing is impossible, you’re just asking the wrong person .

Extensive show room with experienced designers. Easy process through to order. Good discounts. Surveying and fitting went smoothly. Pleased with finished product.

Initial meeting not good, was made to wait 30 minutes after appointment time. However, made up for it since, listened to my needs and design, m9dified design after my mistake with no fuss or extra charge. Delivery 9n time and expertly delivered, instructions clear and concise. All round great experience!
