We’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Chloe at Sherwin Hall Kitchens in Oadby. From the very beginning, Chloe has been fabulous. She took the time to really listen to what we wanted, carefully considered all of our requirements and ideas, and then brought everything together into an amazing kitchen design that we absolutely love. She has been incredibly helpful, patient and professional throughout, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. We’ve really enjoyed the whole design process with her and are now very excited to see everything come together. A huge thank you to Chloe for all her hard work so far. We’re really looking forward to continuing to work with her and would highly recommend her and Sherwin Hall Kitchens.

Having visited a number of different kitchen design companies, where our new extension ‘open-plan kitchen vision’ was met with much positivity and encouraging project planning energy, we found what followed with regard to both the bespoke design inspiration and practical functionality, as well as an assured indication of the thoroughness of the required technical preparation that was obviously going to be so vital, particularly with our extension build currently in the early building stages, that none of these were really igniting any inspirational excitement or creative passion from these kitchen showroom visits. It was with much excitement and great relief however, that following our visit to Sherwin Hall, and engaging with both Emma for the wonderfully stylish bespoke design (through much creative flair and impressive functional knowledge), and Nicola for the complete coordination and technical reassurance (through a wealth of installation and logistics experience), that we were able to came away with a truly confident and excited sense of complete satisfaction in engaging with Sherwin Hall as our new kitchen project choice. Obviously this review relates very much to our bespoke design decision and the initial technical preparation, so as the further stages of detailed technical development and subsequent installation occur, I will certainly look to return later in the year and add a further part-2 review, which I’m sure will contain similar levels of positivity and customer satisfaction, and which I’m guessing will be extremely useful for any other potential clients to read and hopefully see our complete satisfaction and shrewd decision in engaging Sherwin Hall to design and install our wonderful new open plan bespoke kitchen in the first place.

Fantastic after sales service. Nigel, the Customer Care Manager made a special detour on his way home to help me. Such a nice and polite person who immediately sorted out the problem. Would highly recommend this company.

We had a New Kitchen designed and fitted by Sherwin Hall. We were very impressed with the design and details of the Kitchen and the quality was amazing. The showroom is also very impressive along with Daniella and her team. I would recommend Sherwin Hall to anyone

Absolutely amazing company to deal with. It’s rare nowadays you get quality after sales customer care but Nigel was brilliant when we needed a repair doing to a cupboard door we damaged. I would highly recommend using Sherwin Hall.

Attention to detail, service and quality was excellent from start to finish. We had a few other options but their attention to detail made it an easy decision for us.

Excellent service that always goes beyond expectations. Kitchen tap needed attention recently - despite it being fitted five years ago. They couldn't have been more helpful and sent one of their Customer Care team round who helped sort it. This kind of service is exactly what you hope for from a mid/high end kitchen company, yet so rarely find. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Kitchen still looks like the day it was fitted, too.
