Vicso Builders

Niro and the Visco team did a fantastic job refurbishing our house. Niro gave us initial estimate together with the expected program. He even provided feedback and suggested to do things in a cost effective manner or even gave alternative proposals. His team arrived on time, and were very respectful and accommodating. Thank you very much for giving us a beautiful home. I highly recommend them !!!

Vicso constructed a garden office which was completed at a good price with power supply, flooring and lighting and external power socket and security light. They went on to extend the kitchen which involved extensive ground works to redirect the existing drainage and underpinning of existing foundations. Metal box frame was used to replace the existing lintel. New kitchen installed with plumbing and electric.

Thank you to Visco Builders for the excellent work you have done for us. We recently bought a house that needed some renovation. Niro and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. They worked professionally, efficiently, and completed everything without unnecessary delays. We are very happy with the quality of the work and truly appreciate the team’s hard work and dedication. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience with Niro and the Vicso team! They painted our whole house and redecorated our kitchen, and it looks absolutely beautiful. Great communication, completed on time, and very reasonable pricing. Couldn’t be happier—thank you so much!

I had a great experience working with Vicso. Before starting the project, they took the time to discuss everything in detail, including the scope of work, timeline, and materials, which gave me confidence from the beginning. The team carried out a full renovation including kitchen work, flooring, and full interior painting and decorating. The decorating work was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail on walls, ceilings, and woodwork. They were reliable, professional, and completed the project on time. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were always available to answer questions and offer helpful advice. I’m very happy with the final result and would highly recommend Vicso for painting, decorating, and full property renovation work.

Niro and his crew did a full bathroom renovation for us in February 2025. Their work was excellent and done to a high standard. We have no complaints 10 months on.

I hired Vicso for a full rewiring and re-plumbing of a mid-terraced house - including refinishing of the walls and ceilings, decorating two bathrooms and laying a wood floor. The whole project took 3 months, which was within a week of the original estimate. The whole time I had a channel of communication, and it was clear that every day that progress was being made. When questions arose, I was contacted promptly and the situation was explained clearly with costs and tradeoffs made clear (also, I was given ample time to make informed decisions without pressure). The cost was fair, and I greatly appreciated their attention to quality - when a finish was imperfect, it was spotted and fixed without me having to advocate for it. Vicso managed the coordination of numerous contractors (electricians, plumbers, tilers, plasterers, etc) which immeasurably reduced my overhead of stress. I honestly cannot imagine approaching this project without them, and I would happily employ them again.
