Staff with rigid mind, not allowing me to collect my order because of my first name when there’s millions way to confirm my purchase e.g phone number or email or card details.

AVOID!!!! Placed an order 21st November (expected to arrive 8th December) still not here. Keep changes the date, I don’t believe they even have the item, they were happy to take my money. Been useless with customer service.

If I could leave minus stars I would. I dashed in to the store yesterday to grab a catalogue and had 10 mins left on my parking as I couldn’t see them I went to the till where the cashier was chatting to a customer, I politely lent forward and asked where I could find a catalogue, to which I was completely ignored, I was then forced to stay in the queue out of sheer spite so she could then announce with a smirk that there weren’t any catalogues. I was then regaled by her badmouthing me to the same customer in front of me as I walked away. Disgusting and truly offensive behaviour, in my day that type of treatment of a customer was a sackable offence.

ridiculously low stock, nothing really useful in for baking. worse than a general supermarket. Staff is also rude and pretentious.
