Exceptional customer service. I purchased a Luxury Rimini double mattress on 19 May 2026, and this was my first time visiting Sweet Dreams in Skewen. The lady who served me was incredibly helpful and guided me to the right mattress for my needs at an exceptional price. Payment was taken quickly and they arranged same‑day delivery — my mattress arrived within the hour. They also removed my old mattress for just £15, which is significantly cheaper than Neath Council who charge £25. I’m really impressed and highly recommend this shop. I’ll definitely be returning. They have a wide variety of beds, furniture and mattresses.
Very good value, friendly salesman, and friendly fitters. Got a bed seven days after ordering, chuffed. Definitely recommend
