Bensons for Beds Swansea

Sales girl at Fforestfach branch not at all pushy unlike other bed outlets we have been to. She was extremely up to date and clued up on the various products in store and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. She went the extra mile to ensure the bed was exactly what we needed and also sorted out various savings we could make including my wifes blue light card discount. Wish we had come here first rather than wasting time at other stores

The sales girl was very friendly and professional, answered all our questions . She was a delight to deal with. Thanks

Excellent service really helpful in deciding what we wanted. Ailsa went above and beyond to help us. First time shopping there. Only down side we rang head office Thursday to make sure the bridgend store was open and where. They told us where and unbeknown to us the shop had closed several years ago. So then had to travel to swansea but worth it as they were good

Bethan's knowledge helped me make the right choice mattress and when I needed to return for a divan I knew just where to go and who to see. The whole experience has been very positive and recommend the Swansea store if you are in the area

Sarah was absolutely fantastic at the fforsetfach store. So patient and very knowledgeable. We were so happy and impressed with her service.

I strolled into the Forestfach store Swansea after work not really knowing what type of bed, mattress etc that I wanted. I was greeted by the most friendliest smiling faces of Sarah and Shannon who were patient and helpful. I didn’t have much time to really look as I had to get home to my dogs Sarah told me to bring them in which I did the next day. You can tell a lot about people that love dogs and the ladies gave mine lots of treats and affection. I was helped to choose the correct base, mattress and headboard. Both were really knowledgeable and carried out the process with complete professionalism. It was my first time shopping at Bensons and I will highly recommend this place to my customers and friends. Thank you Sarah and Shannon. Mike, Bear & Bullet 🐻🐶

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff, listened to our needs and helped us find our ideal bed
