No pressure to buy, informative and considerate. Furniture is a high standard for good prices.
Visited to look at the sofas and there was a really good selection on offer. There were styles, colours and materials to suit every budget. I highly recommend a visit, the staff were very helpful but they gave us loads of time to browse.

We found Sunderland furniture warehouse on Facebook as we were looking for a new sofa and didn't want to go back to the likes of dfs for the fact you no longer get what you pay for. Anyway, we decided to drive over and have a look. We were not disappointed. We were greeted by the gentleman who runs the place and offered us a coffee or tea. He said to look around at our leisure and to give him a shout if we needed any help. We were honestly spoilt for choice with plenty of rooms to look around, different design options, and prices to suit all budgets. We decided on a Chesterfield 3 seater in a beautiful silver grey with matching scatter cushions. We placed our order and paid £100 deposit with the remaining balance to be paid no later than 24hours before delivery (they do finance options too). Delivery was between 4 - 5 weeks with a £40 delivery charge to be paid direct to the delivery guys on the day, which we are more than happy to do. You do have the option to collect from the store, but the cost of renting a van, etc, would have been more expensive. We are having our sofa delivered on Thursday, and I can't wait because the quality is second to none, and the overall service we have received has been fantastic. We know if we want to buy another sofa we are going back to the Sunderland furniture warehouse.
Great people to deal with....any issues dealt with quickly. Very friendly team, great prices too. You will have a better experience here than you would at the bigger multi national retailers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
