Sterling Beds Ltd

We went to Sterling beds on Sunday 16th August and although we knew what we didn’t want we had no real idea what we did want or need…. We were helped by a really knowledgable girl called Katie we think? Who after listening to our very vague description she pointed us in the direction of a few Superking Beds that we may like, she was really helpful yet not pushy or patronising and we left after choosing our perfect bed with the promise of free delivery within 2 weeks. Sure enough on 26th the bed was delivered and installed by two great chaps who also took away all the packaging, during the installation one chap noticed that one of the runners on one of the drawers was not right but reassured me after taking a photo of the offending runner that it would be replaced as quickly as possible…. Once again in less than a week the chaps were back to replace the whole drawer …. It’s great when a company do well when things go smoothly however, it meant more to us that with a problem they accepted it, apologised and sorted it without fuss! We would definitely recommend this company they are fantastic and truly work as a team to keep their customers happy. Thank you all so very much.

Recommended sterling beds from friends who said they have used them for years with good experiences. They were very helpful in store, held our bed whilst we decorated and arranged delivery swiftly when we were ready fior it. Came and assembled the bed in no time. Would use again

From the very beginning I was impressed by the way the company dealt with my husband and myself. The initial greeting was very pleasant and the information we received was excellent. We were allowed to take photographs of the details and take as long as we liked laying on the various mattresses. As I needed time to assess the various descriptions and prices we left and returned about a fortnight later. I reaffirmed the mattress that I required, still testing several before I made my decision. There was not pressure to hurry up and all customers i saw at the shop were treated in the same way. The paperwork was dealt with efficiently and an appointment was made to deliver the chosen mattress. In fact we had a call from the company to say that it was going to be delivered early if this was convenient. I was not personally present when the men arrived but my husband was and the two men were very respectful and removed the old mattress and put the new one in place. Thank you for a very slick and efficient service. The mattress is wonderful. I have recommended the company to several friends and I would certainly use them again.

Really friendly, helpful, professional service in the shop at Farlington. I returned several times before making up my mind and was given help when I needed it but also left quietly to browse. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying. I'm so pleased with my new bed and mattress, which are good quality and good value. My old bed frame and mattress were disposed of as part of the order. The delivery team were efficient and friendly and everything went well. My bed and mattress arrived undamaged and on time. I am very happy with every aspect of my experience at Sterling Beds and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you very much from a very satisfied customer.

Very helpful sales lady, knowledgeable and gave us time to try different beds. Brought a complete bed and headboard on the day. Delivered two weeks later for free, great tracking system, assembled swiftly by nice delivery men. Will definitely recommend 👌
