The Furniture Factory

The Furniture Factory is a family owned business established in 2006. The company has experience in furniture retail since 1998. It sells beds, mattresses, bedroom furniture, living room furniture, dining furniture and office furniture. Every product is endorsed by a product guarantee covering structural integrity against faulty or defective manufacturing.

People furnishing whole houses, separate bedrooms and living rooms in Portsmouth feature throughout the feedback for this fitted furniture and bedroom specialist. Several customers describe buying beds, mattresses, chests of drawers and sofas, with one account covering two bedrooms and a living room and another returning repeatedly since 2017. A point that comes up often is the value offered, with reasonable prices and generous deals mentioned alongside the quality of the pieces themselves, including custom-built options and a wide choice of beds.

Lee is singled out by name for his patient, detailed advice on colours, fabrics and bedding, and for keeping in regular contact by email and phone while coordinating delivery and assembly. Customers repeatedly mention how considerate the team is inside the home, with delivery staff described as helpful and unfailingly accommodating. Longevity is a theme too, one customer returning after eighteen years for replacement runners and receiving metal ones at no cost. The buying process is described as hassle free and friendly from the first visit through to the furniture being put together on site, with shop staff praised for guiding choices well.
