Somerset Beds & Bedrooms (Swindon)

Really good customer service & friendly. Danny /Tony the delivery guys brilliant. Considering 38 degrees they were so helpful. Also Iwona & Zac who did an amazing job fitting the wardrobe. Use this company as it's so hard to get quality & service. Thank you so much

There were plenty of different types of mattresses to try. We went in on a weekday early evening and it was very quiet. Tom was extremely helpful and patient as we tried and retried many mattresses. Tom also gave us advice on the pros and cons of each product. The mattress was ready quicker than promised which was great. The delivery went smoothly, the delivery men were careful of our property and took our old mattress away. A really great experience all round

Can’t fault either the product or the service. Really informative and enjoyable sales experience from Ivana in the Swindon shop. Danny and Tony delivered and assembled the bed taking the rubbish away. Great service in 35 degree heat!! Highly recommend.

Very pleased with our new bed. Tom was very helpful and left us alone rather than pestering! Bed was delivered 2 weeks after the order and installed very quickly and efficiently by Tony and Danny. Thank you Somerset Beds.

Aldono Deluxe 5 drawer chest and bedside cabinets. Very happy with showroom staff, very knowledgeable, and approachable. Jason helped with final choice, placing order and ensuring kept upto date with progress. Both Tom & Tony who made delivery, were friendly and professional. They ensured boxes undamaged and took items upstairs to place in room of choice. Very service and highly recommen.

You can rest assured of a quality product and service. If you are thinking of buying from elsewhere, dont waste your time. Of the 3 places we visited we experienced No high pressure sales, a sense of humour and information about the products they sell. Both Jason and especially Ivona went above and beyond what we were expecting which made us decide to buy from this company. They quickly assembled the bed for us and honestly these two are a credit to the company and their personal service are no match for the big boys. PS This is not a paid review or are we in any way related to staff, it is just our honest opinion.

My partner and I have used Somerset Beds twice now, for a mattress a year ago and recently, a new bed frame. We were assisted by Tom both times. He is AMAZING! super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful, and beyond that, came to our house to build the bed frame for us which we would NEVER have managed alone. Highly recommend! Delivery was also quick and the guys very helpful and polite! Thank you thank you thank you!
