The installation of the furniture was fine, but unfortunately the aftercare has been absolutely unacceptable. Since June 2026, I have been repeatedly contacting them asking for a simple switch for the light. Every time, I am given another promise that it will be sent, yet months later, nothing has been received. I even offered to install it myself just to get the issue resolved and save everyone the hassle. Despite that, they still haven’t managed to send the switch. It is now September, and I have been chasing the same issue for months. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly contact a company for something so straightforward, especially after being told several times that it would be dealt with. The lack of communication, follow-through and aftercare is extremely disappointing. Installing the furniture is only part of the service — what really matters is how a company treats its customers when there is a problem afterwards. Unfortunately, based on my experience, the aftercare has been very poor.

Initially was getting quotes, but after my family saw their items in person at the Grand Design show, I went ahead. The designer worked closely to ensure my ideas were created in the visuals and was accommodating to changes throughout the process. 4 bedrooms took the fitters 4 days and all was done to a very high spec. We are very happy with the wardrobes and plan to call again for other rooms in the house to be done in the future.

Absolutely love my new wardrobe! The design team were very friendly and went through our options thoroughly. We were booked to have the fitting in only 3 weeks time! Great customer service communication and the fitters were very polite and super clean. 10/10 would recommend!
