Minty

Went to minty to purchase a mattress as they have them in stock , they had a good selection but the salesman was absolutely terrible! Very rude and confrontational when asking details of mattresses and price . I couldn't quite believe the way I was spoken to even when just walking in ,it was like I was pain just being there and he had something else better to do ! I thought a salesman was there to try and sell you things not put you off ! You will see below that the manager has made out that this is some sort of scam ! I can assure you I am genuine and i can't quite believe they have made this rubbish up ! Proves what sort of company they are !

We recently purchased a bed from Minty and we can honestly say that the service was amazing. The staff were so helpful. Kelvin in particular took his time in discussing our mum's needs and was extremely knowledgeable and insightful in his recommendations. Delivery and installation were seamless and nothing was too much trouble for the delivery team. Thank you very much for a brilliant service and an equally wonderful bed.

Had the best service ever at Minty Beds. They listened to everything regarding back and knee pain and talked us through each mattress. The bed we chose won't be ready for some weeks so they've lent us a brand new mattress which they said could be delivered that afternoon. When our mattress arrives the temporary mattress will then be donated to a charity. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much.

Excellent service from store to delivery. Friendly, helpful staff and very reasonable prices too. I will be using this store again in the future and I also recommend their services.

Why would anyone go with a chain of bed shops ( Dreams, Benson's) when we have Minty's. It's not flash, just honest people selling great quality beds. Add to that the professional delivery staff ,I had two young lads who were polite and had excellent customer service and you have a business that is superb.

Very helpful sales service, not in the least pushy. Sold us the mattress we wanted and delivered it free of charge. It arrived an hour and a half after we left the shop. So quick and simple. Good old fashioned service which is rare these days. Thank you Minty beds.

Knowledgable and helpful staff, competitive pricing and prompt delivery. Minty were recommended by a colleague and I have no hesitation in recommending them here. The best night's sleep I had in years was the first night I slept in a bed from Minty...
