Great customer experience from Alan and his team. We bought several furniture items and couldn’t have been more impressed with the service. The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and transparent throughout the ordering process. They even advised us that we could place our order and then contact customer support to request a discount, as several of the items were due to be included in the Bank Holiday sale. We really appreciated them being so upfront and helpful rather than simply letting us place the order and miss out on the saving. It’s so refreshing to experience this level of honesty and customer service.

On my first visit to the showroom, the table immediately caught my eye. The lady who worked there was absolutely wonderful—she showed me two different chair options to go with it. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I kept coming back to look at that table for three months before finally deciding to buy it, as I was worried it might not fit in my kitchen. The level of customer service was truly exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The whole purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free, and the table was delivered in about a week, even though I had originally been told it would take around 13 weeks. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, from first entering the shop all the way through to the delivery and assembly by the transportation team. On entering we weren't pestered or hassled. A nice and simple "Hi, I'm Tony and if you need anything just shout" sort of approach. Tony Swanborough is the store manager and he was a great help throughout our visit to the store, up to the delivery date and after care. Tony helped us find the exact style we had seen online, showed us around similar items that we may have also liked but he wasn't pushy at all. After finding what we liked we paid. Tony then made us aware that if what we have purchased drops in price from the date of purchase to the date of installation Oak Furnitureland would honour the lower price and reimburse us or we could put that money towards extra items in store. All we had to do was keep an eye out for sales/deals and then call up the store to let them know and they would amend the prices for us. The quality of the Beds, drawers, dressers etc have so far been excellent, as well as the Sofa's. A year in since our purchase and we are still very happy with the quality. We did purchase extended warranty/ after care for our goods including pet damage cover. So far we haven't needed it and I hope we won't but it's good for peace of mind. The assembly team were efficient with their time. Careful of our walls and the furniture we had purchased and did a great job of putting it all together. I would highly recommend Oak Furnitureland Peterborough for your furniture needs. Solid furniture that should last a lifetime, great customer service and an easy shopping experience. Thank you!

We are very pleased with our dining table and chairs. From the first time we entered the Peterborough store, we were impressed by the service we received from Malwina. No pressure, just honest and friendly with great knowledge. We shopped around but returned a few weeks later. She remembered what we had discussed and gave us all the options including aftercare. A credit to your store and company. Thank you.

We visited the Peterborough Store to look at a sofa we had seen online. On arrival to the store, we were greeted by Ali who was very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we were unsure of, which led us to buy the sofa the same day!

Really good customer service, particularly from Tony, the store manager. Took the time to see if he could get us our table a bit sooner, unfortunately he couldn't but the effort and advice from him was much appreciated.

We ordered bedroom furniture in january waited until march arrived chest of drawers seriously damaged,got in touch with customer service had to wait until July for another one,guess what damaged again.New one delivered seriously damaged again we on 3 by know.Having full refund would not recommend them will be not shopping with them again.
