Natural Stone & Timber Portsmouth

Great service very helpful

The whole team at NST are helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. Their products are great and competitive. They also have a great display for customers who are unsure of the type of paving etc they are looking for. I’d highly recommend the company and all of their team .

Excellent customer service, we requested to be first drop on the specific delivery day and that was no problem. The driver was excellent and much to our surprise managed to squeeze the lorry down the alley to get the 7 bulk bags dropped right outside the garage.

Great place to get slabs, staff are very helpful and friendly 👍 👌 👏

Ordered a sample, never arrived. Radio silence on email when chasing request.

I’ve been using natural stone and timber since I started paving many years ago, I’ve been on my own now for a while running my buisness and while everyone at natural stone and timber are extremely helpful, I’ve dealt with Charlie direct since the beginning and she is a credit to the company, never lets me down with deliveries always try’s to fit me in if I let her know last minute. Very helpful, polite and great customer service, I look forward to dealing with Charlie and natural stone and timber next year.

Really helpful and diligent and great to speak to someone in person rather than online only, the quality of service I received was second to none and would highly recommend and will be using again in the future! Rogers Restorations Ltd
