Really helpful and efficient staff. Plus got a great new fridge freezer
Bought a new cooker. Chris & Ryan were great sorting this. Recommended.
2026-05-18 || Great service from Joe Graham and Son Ltd! We were looking for a new electric standing cooker and had checked out Currys, PC World and B&Q, before visiting this shop after someone recommended it to us. We spoke to Joe, who was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of useful advice to help us pick the perfect oven for our needs. The appliance was ready for collection in just 10 minutes, and the team even helped us load it into our vehicle. A big thank you to everyone at Joe Graham and Son Ltd — we’re really pleased with the service we received.
Went for a fridge freezer, come away with more than expected, great service ( even from the man with a Pink Kettle@😁) Got Doors reversed and delivered cheaper than bigger named shops, Honestly give them a try, the delivery man was great lifted it like weighed nothing
Highly recommended! Used Joe Grahams year ago for a new washing machine, and just had my oven replaced. Both times great price, clear communication and professional delivery/ fitting.
I work as a property agent and deal with contractors regularly, and I can honestly say that Joe Graham are one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Their response times are incredibly quick, their communication is always clear and reliable, and they consistently make my job so much easier. They are efficient, cannot be beaten on price and always helpful when arranging access with tenants or keeping me updated on jobs. It’s rare to find a contractor who is both this responsive and this dependable. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else when it comes to appliance repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The oven was delivered and fitted the next day. Well, what can we say about Ryan? He was very careful, he knew what he was doing, he was very polite, he was very funny and he was very kind. Many thanks Joe Graham and Son Ltd we were very happy with your service.
