Although italian furnitures are a bit expensive, I love their quality that's why myself and my relatives keep going back here for more shopping. Roman is the best delivery man perfectly fitted our bed on 20nd July 2026 unlike other delivery men who skipped some important parts in our bed fitting on December 2025 leading us struggling to lift the bed's back end for storage access. I recommend italian furniture for others.

Despite all the negatives, I actually took the plunge and kitted out a holiday home with these guys, everything turned up as purchased and expected. Sometimes you have to look past the reviews.

Unfortunately, I'm a little disappointed. An Italian furniture suite was brought over £2000 and sadly it is not what was expected. Sofa was delivered at the end of January. Advised that these sofas were not comfortable. Unfortunately no offer of return or partial refund, like other franchises. No information provided from where the suit was ordered from, however was advised I was within my rights. The best that was offered was to sell privately or order new cushions. We said we would have new cushions and not heard from the retailer at all! We are now in May. As per the consumer rights act we are entitled to something but heard nothing. Since having these chairs they are hard to get out off, cause back and neck ache and not comfortable at all. A full return and refund would be beneficial.

Dont buy anything thing from him said it was new materess but it was not it was full of bed bugs when comfronted him he said you never bought it her come on then punch me he cost me a lot of money had to get rid of all my funiture so dont buy from him best place to buy in mack sons please forward on need to be shut down

Came in here to check a catalogue because I was told on Saturday by the guy I met to come in on Sunday by 1pm. I saw an older man maybe the owner or dad. He was extremely rude and racist. He looked at me with disgust and his facial expression said it all. I have never felt this way before. He said if there was no catalogue yesterday there won’t be one today or next time. I told him it’s fine that I only came because I was promised that there will be one today. I left feeling very belittled and angry. I will never go there again.

I was looking for a new sectional and coffee table, and they guided me through the selection with patience and expertise. The quality of the furniture is outstanding – you can tell it’s made to last. Delivery was smooth and right on time, and the setup crew was respectful and efficient. My living room looks like it’s straight out of a magazine now. I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to furnish the bedroom. Highly recommend!
